Remembering the times that DDs ever being deployed on service 136 during their SBSt era somewhere around in 2013 during morning and evening peak hours as a BSEP movement to prove the loadings.

in fact it was actually deployed since long ago using Leyland Olympians, and even lasted till the last weekday ops of 136 under SBST

DDs were fine but not the extend of full DDs la,Pax will never stop complaining in Singapore.

Note: With the growth of population in Sengkang West, residents complained about overcrowding of 85. Just wondering because all the time since 2008, Yishun was in a limbo as it is height restricted, some more bus services are also in Ang Mo Kio Depot which is also height restricted too. These barriers were lifted in March 2015 and August 2015, effectively allowing 39,85,854,856,857,860 to use DDs.

Hi mr carbikebus, full DDs on 83 and 85 are a blessing to those who live in Punggol central. Now no longer need to feel squeezy without others. Somehow, 83 and 85 full DDs manage to complement a lack of DDs on service 3. So nothing to complain. In this world, you win some and you lose some. That's life. Nothing can be perfect. Cheers. then you are wrong... in this case, bus deployment can be change .. so if remove 1/2 of the DDs on 83/ 85 and put it on sv3 and Sv136, then the situation will be better (although not really 100% perfect).

Hi mr lemon1974, you are not really right either. It has been so long but the bus deployment for 83/85 has not changed at all. I still see so many DDs on 83 and 85 day after day. I foresee most services will be DDs in future except for the minority. Cheers. Thanks.
If you say like that,Operators will lose more fuel cost.Imagine weekends 83/85 is not even fully seated on the lower deck..Bendy and DD consume more fuel than SD
My stand will be 5 DD(2 from 85 and 3 from 83)to service 3,136 can use 3 DD from 43/43M

When to SGwiki MAN ND323F page and saw something interesting this morning - saw sg5830 - Sg5832 are under BNDEP. But however during the afternoon when I checked again its deleted. I wonder if really are those units going to BNDEP and how many of those . Because currently only 1 a95 in seletar and 1 in Hougang . But BNDEP gets 3 unit straight away .
