I think LTA will gradually replace old depots.
But like what you said,Hgdep will move to Swdep,Bndep svc will temporarily use Hgdep until new Bndep completed.Bbdep/Arbp will wait for Tgdep.Soon Lee will probably wait for new depot around Jurong Industrial area.Amdep might move to a new depot.
Bulim Depot probably going to be replaced by Tengah Depot if based on Master Plan which its location is LAND USE BUSINESS 2.
[Theory] Bulim Package incumbent operator is TTS and left 3 or 5 more years [2-year extension granted based on good performance]. So it will be 2021 or 2023.
LTA then re-tender the package and give the successor operator to run for 5 years. That will be 2026 [if TTS contract not extended from 2021 to 2023] and the year JRL Stage 1 will be open. So Tengah Bus Depot should be completed and suitable time to shift operations from BUDEP to TGDEP to make way for Jurong Innovation District (JID).
[Opinion] All the new depots by its design doesn't look its going to last more than 50 years, more like interims for a period of time ...

Except for those Integrated depot where the structure look permanent ..So if Bulim is temporary then the package is changed to Bukit Batok-Jurong East eh?

So Bbdep/Arbp gets new depot at Toh Tuck?

The plot beside UPDEP is LAND USE TRANSPORT FACILITIES. So its a possibility.

Its a change of depot, not package. Unless rename it to Tengah Bus Package in 2026.

CCK-BPJ is at Gali Batu Depot la dey

Jurong West potential to Tuas or wait for refurbishment of Soon Lee
What i wish is Soon Lee move to Bulim,Bulim move to Tengah,Clementi takes Ulu Pandan,Bt Merah takes the new depot near Toh Tuck.
Hgdep move to Sengkang West,A new Lorong Halus depot for Punggol/Pasir Ris,Loyang depot house Tampines Package and Bedok take East Coast Depot.
Reconstruct Braddell into proper bus depot and SBST Amdep shift over there.Rest is fine.
But I have the feeling BUDEP will not last long...
And I don't think BUDEP is part of Jurong Innovation District (JID) ...
But then I realised I'm not Minister for National Development, URA or LTA etc. So I will stop here.

since you alway like to make an effort to google/quote certain article, why dun you make an effort to google about this as well?

If u look at the masterplan where the SEDEP/LYDEP is, they also never change the planning also... so are they going to build another few replacement depots in 5-10 years time? SEDEP cost S$70 million to built..(exclude land cost)...loyang depot cost $60 million..

Gali Batu that one is bus terminal. I don’t remember they got say that Gali Batu on top will build bus depot. All I know is that they will build a bus terminal, probably similar to the bus terminal above EWL Tuas Depot.
Recently, the government announced the stations and alignments of Jurong Region Line. I only have one comment: the station are obviously designed with future developments in mind. Otherwise, who’s going to contribute money to the line when it begins revenue service 8 years from now? I’m writing this with the “Peng Kang Hill station in mind. 能 they will build a MRT station in the middle of nowhere, where people usually won’t go. Or build a MRT station at a location where there’s already very good public transport connections to existing MRT stations. (Eg. Gek Poh) For sure they have plans to rejuvenate the existing areas along the Jurong Region Line, otherwise why would they even have this line - besides serving the upcoming Tengah residential town?
Jurong West is old, and would require some form of gentrification in about 10-20 years’ time. Likewise for the older part of Choa Chu Kang. And of course, Jurong East Toh Guan area.
To some extent, Jurong Region Line is like the Docksland Light Railway in London. Docksland Light Railway helped to rejuvenate the Docksland area which became run down after its original trade gradually faded away due to some industrial revolution. Jurong Region Line, in this case, seems to have the purpose of revitalizing the western part of Singapore (Jurong West, Jurong East, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang), so that it does not deteriorate into some rundown area in future.
Meanwhile, the government also has plans to rejuvenate the eastern part of Singapore after the Paya Lebar Airport relocates to Changi. Everywhere is rejuvenating, and Jurong Region Line is just one of the measures to implement the rejuvenation.
