Until now nobody knows what are with the extra tracks at Gul Circle, but I have a feeling it is something to do with extending towards Tuas South & interchanging with JRL

That's a very good point - unlike the NSL tracks which continue all the way to the edge of that building. Anyway, any track extending northwards will probably enter the Warren or pass by dangerously close.
So the tracks are west of NSL station, ends just north of CCK, and probably extends southbounds, with a platform similar to NSL in size... All of these seem to suggest JRL.
Meaning they are about to finalize the plans for JRL. Heard that it would serve Tengah, NTU & Boon Lay as well
Update:Bulim and Loyang depots have a capacity of 515 and 506 parking lots respectively. ..
Serangoon Central Int need more parking lots or relocate...Pity those BCs finding parking lots.

Can actually expand interchange. But will be a hassle as need to relocate Serangoon Link nearer to Upp Serangoon Road. That big grass patch there should better utilised. Will also need to level the ground as the grass patch there is higher than the interchange.

The green patch between NEX and Upper Serangoon can be used for an open air interchange. It will not be integrated, but at least give Serangoon more space. The current interchange space can be given for NEX expansion.
I think with Bidadari coming up, may provide some relief to Serangoon interchange.

Don't need 2 for Serangoon... there is Bidadari coming nearby... The green field is quite huge to house a good sized interchange.

What's new in that... there is always delay in opening of new interchanges... they hardly ever do it on the time they first communicate. But from what I see, it seems ready!
All, news reported new Punggol north bus interchange at Punggol new digital district at Punggol north. Should be near Punggol coast mrt station in Yr 2023. This clearly shows current number of bus services is not enough to support future population. Cheers. Thanks.

I predict there will be Punggol Bus depot to handle Punggol and Punggol North in future. Loyang might get Tampines North for replacement.
Sembawang Int need expansion..can introduce 1 feeder,1 svc to East and shortened 858 there.

I have a feeling Kampong Bahru Bus Terminal will only start operations when the revealed operator takes over in Q4 2018.
Service 2 & 12 from GAS already learned the extension route to Kg Bahru.
Most of 174 BCs also learned.

Bukit Panjang int during peak hours damn jialat one...amending 180 there is not the best decision imo..
