LTA should have order an additional 100 B9 (instead of 176 B9) for the bulim/loyang package... not sure how they determine the number to purchase... really waste of money....

No. They are supposed to replace bendy bus and expired Volvo Olympians, and put double decker bus on feeder / Intra-Town routes. And for sure upgrade some to become full DD. The MAN A95s will also replace the same. After that it will become Volvo B8VR.
When they do get the B8L shut SBST out of the design process pls

I still think only 300,301,858,900 & 901 use a mix of A22 & A24.
In my honest opinion those feeders and intratowns should just use a mix of Citaro,OC500LE & B9TL.
Amdep can take some B9TL to beef up their DD service.Transfer all their SG Citaro to Wldep,Wldep 2 E500 transfer to Amdep.
Wldep can use all their B9TL for 903,911,912 & 913.Its good if they can take SG Citaro from Amdep to supplement the above service.Wldep A22/A95 exclusive for their trunk svc like 187,960,961 & 964.
Kjdep can use B9TL for svc like 172,180,190,972,979,983 & 985.
If that really happens, I am sorry to say that LTA and this whole BCM would have been such a disappointment. If they were so against bendys in the first place, they should have come up with a better solution or else just left it alone and carry on with purchasing the MAN A24s exclusively for feeders. When the 3 door DD materialised, I really taught LTA was making good progress and that with a successful trial, it will be a good alternative candidate to the bendy. The thing with feeders is not just capacity alone but a solution to allow quick boarding and alighting to reduce dwell times.
If LTA were to just sub 2-door DDs for retiring bendys on feeders just so that there will be more space on the roads for a few more rich people to drive exotic cars, that's just a failure. If the 3 door DD trial were not ready yet, they should have considered giving the old bendys a 1 year extension till the trial is settled then decide. Put in those 2door DD now, Next time want 3door DD also not many old buses to replace.

Quite the contrary actually. 900 and 901 should be the ones using the DDs — not 911/913.

AM can stay as it is. It is doing just fine. All it needs now is to take in some of the new A95s. No need to trouble fuss and hassle go lan lan bring in B9TL.
Neither does WL need the Citaros. They are doing just fine with the A22s. No need to go out of the way to shuffle fleets and mess things up for SMRT further.

You and your hatred againts Citaro and B9TL 😂Its already the standard fleet across all operators..Wldep can use Citaro/B9TL for feeders and save their A22/A95 for trunks rather than spamming B9TL on 187,960,961 right?
For your info:Citaro and B9TL is the most easy buses/engines to repair or overhaul
FYI, there is no more Wrights with B9TL chassis. more like the E500s with Wright bodywork.

I think B9TL suit short trunk and feeder and E500 & A95 suits Long trunk
