SMRT AMDEP is the smallest depot in SG in terms of capacity,Only 183 buses squeezed parking aka UK style.
SBST ARBP is the smallest bus park in SG in terms of capacity at 176 lots.
As for now only 171 and some spare buses park there.A bit of buses from svc that ONP @ WLBP,SBW Int and also YIS/SEDEP also park there.Guess what,Its also packed at night.
They can park a few of 966 buses at Loyang also, especially those 3 last buses to MP or the few duties that start from MP.Even some of 969 buses park at WLBP.
So far, the only DTL “bus rationalization is the series of bus route amendments in Tampines (Source) and Bukit Panjang (Source) and the introduction of bus services 983 (Source), 979 (Source), 973 (Source), 137 and 298 (refer to the source for Tampines route amendment). And I think that’s all. No more route amendment expected with regards to the Downtown Line.

I think it’s justified lor,What more does we want?
Later TEL also got amendments.
Bidadari Int already we see 100,135 & 155 amend to bus stops that near to the ITH.
Buangkok Int,Marina South,Woodlands North etc..You wouldn’t know if LTA got last min plans to build a new Buona Vista Int and close down Buona Vista & Ghim Moh Terminals.Despite Marina South is in the planning yet they tender to make a new Marina Centre Terminal.

TEL already got 860, which the extension to YCK is with provision for future connection to TEL. Of course, more route amendments are expected. And I’m looking forward to that.

Woodlands and East side is obvious...

41 was also introduced keeping DTL in mind to connect BW to Toh Guan/JE. 173 was modified to connect directly to Beauty World MRT.

293 east.
46 was also introduced to connect various places to DTL3. Otherwise there's no need for such a heavily duplicative route.
I believe 140 also kept DTL3 Geylang Bahru in mind.
Things to expect in 2019
1st half of 2019 - Opening of Jewel Changi Airport (source)
March - Opening of Yishun Bus Interchange (Northpoint City, which contains Yishun bus Interchange, opened in December 2017. Earlier bus interchanges at Boon Lay, Bedok and Bukit Panjang opened 1 year after their host shopping centre opened. If Yishun Bus Interchange doesn’t open in December 2018, it’s highly likely that the opening is in March 2019 during the March school holidays.)
June - Opening of Canberra MRT Station (source 1)(source 2)(mid-2015 + 48 months = mid-2019)
November - Opening of Jurong East 2nd Temporary Bus Interchange (expected completion date: 25 August 2019)(source)
December - Opening of Woodlands Regional Bus Interchange (expected completion date: 30 September 2019)(source)
December - Opening of Thomson-East Coast Line Stage 1 (best guess)
* Testing and commissioning of bus interchange/terminal takes 2 months. Reference: Shenton Way Bus Terminal obtained Temporary Occupation Permit on 11 April 2017 (source) and opened on 25 June 2017. (source) This is how I estimate the opening months of the second Jurong East Temporary Bus Interchange and Woodlands Regional Bus Interchange.
This is what I am able to gather about 2019, based on the information that is available as of now.
Feel free to add on to the list as more information becomes available.
From the looks of it, 2019 is going to be an exciting year which would see the opening of 3 bus interchanges (Yishun, Jurong East, Woodlands) and 4 MRT stations in the North (Canberra station on the NSL and Woodlands North, Woodlands and Woodlands South stations on the TEL).
Really looking forward to 2019.

Something tells me that you are missing smth here... but not sure what... but good efforts anyways
How long sia want keep 5916 and 5917 as storage. I prefer any operator to take them instead rather to make them as a storage, like wasted sia

Don’t be suprised if TTS lease them..Ahahaha
JRL announced but does not have link towards Haw Par Villa, something LTA was exploring.
Seems like the bus connectivity currently seems sufficient, not warranting another MRT line.
JRL is a good line, doesn't have much duplication with bus serviced.
CCK - Boon Lay while may seem duplicates 172, the major loading for 172 is in two segments. Old CCK road to CCK estates and Old CCK road to Boon Lay, not covered by JRL.
Boon Lay - NTU will severely hamper 179 only.
Jurong Pier - Boon Lay again will not impact bus services in huge way as you will still need bus for the interim industrial complexes.
Tengah is a new estate, good to see it will have MRT from the beginning. Again bus service will be required to connect to BPJ, BBT, Boon Lay.
