According to the tender, the bus services involved are 661, 662, 663, 664 and 665. These services were awarded in 2015, and as the contracts approach the end, they are put up for tender again.

As in they sure are established private co. right...? Like wanna know their importance/significance in singapore

If follow LTA Mr KBW logic,saving cost is his priority and by awarding the two incumbents they only be paid by mileage and not a huge sum of fee.But who knows this time either TTS or GAS might get it too?
