That's why bus operators always assume sch holidays not much loadings thus they reduce runtime.

In the current era of automated data collection via those EzLink readers and Data Analytics, shouldn't they know better already? It should have been a good 10 years or more of EzLink data that they can establish passenger travel patterns. Or are they still using Ms Excel and Notepad?
