  You sure B9TL have the 360hp option? Because I'm sure only the B9LA have. And I'm sure Scania doesn't offer Voith for their N-series now.

  On bus deployment: All buses must have at least 40 people. Otherwise, reduce frequency, or cancel bus service. If more than 60 people, deploy double decker bus. Otherwise, use single decker bus.

  On employment: Strictly no driverless vehicle, or automated machine. All staff must get at least C6 for O level English (1 year on-the-job training provided for people who don't know English, with reduced working hours so they can learn English).

  On team effectiveness: Regular bonding session; team building days, in June and December. Annual dinner and dance in December. Whenever bus company gets reward from LTA, everyone gets an additional off-day to use.

  On health: 3 litres of pure water for all workers, along with more toilets to use. Workers caught smoking will be sent for counselling (for their own good).

  On customer satisfaction: Deploy cleaners to bus park of bus interchange and terminals. 1 cleaner to 1 bus. As and when got bus return, clean and Febreeze the bus.

  On social responsibility: Adpot an old folks home, to 敬�尊贤.
