Not sure why you would make the route go one full circle around Sengkang?
Can just go from Compassalve Int directly onto Compassalve road and follow sv 27. Or if you want to do some change can go via Sengkang East Way directly onto Punggol road.

My suggestions:
Svc 135 to merge with with Svc 47:
New Svc 135: Ang Mo Kio - Changi Business Park
Ang Mo Kio Interchange > (original route of 135) > Amber Rd > Marine Parade Rd > (original route of svc 47) > Changi Business Park Terminal
--------------------------------
Svc 47 to amend to ply the route of svc 46 from Tampines to Bedok North Ave 3, and then Bedok North Road, Bedok North Avenue 1, Bedok South Road, and finally the original route of svc 47
New Svc 47: Tampines - Amber Road (loop)
Tampines Int > Tampines Ave 5 > Tampines St 83 > Tampines Ave 3 > Tampines Ave 4 > Bedok Reservoir Rd > Bedok North Ave 3 > Bedok North Road > Bedok North Ave 1 > Bedok South Rd > Bedok South Ave 1 > Marine Parade Road > Mountbatten Road > East Coast Rd > Still Road South > (loop back to Tampines Int)
Reason:
- Direct access from Bedok North to Marine Parade and Katong. (In my opinion, it's unnecessary for svc 47 to loop at East Coast Rd (Katong) because I can take svc 12 from Katong to Bedok South Rd, Bedok South Ave 3 and Tanah Merah. On the other hand, there's a lack of services from Bedok North Ave 1/2/3 to Marine Parade/Katong.)
- Direct access from Bedok North Ave 1 and Bedok North Rd (between Ave 1 and 3) to Tampines. (There are 6 services from Bedok North Ave 3 to Tampines MRT, but none from B.N. Ave 1 and B.N. Rd between Ave 1 and 2.)
--------------------------------
Svc 46 to amend to ply the same route from Upp East Coast Ter to Tampines Ave 4, and then going straight along Tampines Ave 4, and then the route of svc 27 from Tampines Ave 4 to Hougang Central Int
New Svc 46: Upp East Coast - Hougang Central
Upp East Coast Ter > (original route of 46) > Tampines Ave 4 > (route of 27) > Hougang Central Int
Reason:
- To allow DD to ply the route of svc 27 between Tampines Ave 4 and Hougang
- Faster access from Bedok South Ave 3 and Bedok North Rd to Tampines MRT
- Direct route from Bedok South Ave 3 and Bedok North Rd to Tampines IKEA, Sengkang and Hougang
--------------------------------
Svc 27 to shorten to Sengkang/Compassvale Int
New Svc 27: Sengkang/Compassvale - Changi Airport
Reason:
- Passengers travelling from Tampines to Buangkok and Hougang can take the amended svc 46.
- Passengers travelling from Changi Airport to Buangkok and Hougang can take 27 and change to new svc 46 at Tampines, or (better still) take 858 and change to new svc 46 at TPE (before Punggol Rd).
New route suggestion:
Svc 108: Changi Business Park - Serangoon (loop)
CBP Terminal > Changi South St 1 > CBP Central 2 > CBP Ave 1 > Changi South Ave 1 > Somapah Rd > Simei Rd > Simei St 3 > Simei Ave > Tampines Ave 1 > Tampines Ave 4 > Tampines Ave 3 > Tampines Ave 8 > Tampines Ave 1 > Tampines Ave 10 (express) > Bartley Road East (express) > Bartley Rd > Serangoon Rd > Serangoon Ave 2 > Serangoon Int > (loop back to CBP)
Reason:
- Fast route from Simei & Tampines West to Bartley & Serangoon
- Faster route from CBP to Simei (In my opinion, svc 20 takes too long)
- Make good use of Bartley Road East (Currently there are no bus services along Bartley Road East)
----------------------------------
Svc 110: Punggol Int - Marine Parade Rd (loop)
Punggol Int > Punggol Central > Punggol Way > Sengkang East Rd > Sengkang East Way > Sengkang East Dr > Buangkok East Dr (express) > KPE (express) > Airport Rd > Eunos Link > Jalan Eunos > Still Road > Still Road South > Marine Parade Rd > (loop at roundabout like svc 15 & 966)
Reason:
- Fast route from Punggol & Sengkang to Kaki Bukit industrial area, Eunos and Marine Parade.
- Make good use of KPE (Currently there are no trunk services along KPE)

I like the idea of 135/47 and 46/27, especially in getting 135 to terminate and a more useful route for 46, though there is a net length gain of about one service: duplication of 46 & 27 along Sengkang - Tampines, and 46 & 47 along Bedok North.
Not sure if cutting 27 to Sengkang would cause massive complaints, as seen in the 76/134 saga.
Also the 47 stretch between Tanah Merah MRT and CBP Terminal is DD-worthy during peak hours. 135, with its extended route and no DDs, would not work very well unless a peak hour short trip with DDs is introduced.
Svc 110: Punggol Int - Marine Parade Rd (loop)
Punggol Int > Punggol Central > Punggol Way > Sengkang East Rd > Sengkang East Way > Sengkang East Dr > Buangkok East Dr (express) > KPE (express) > Airport Rd > bartrley rd east >kaki bukit ave 4 >kaki bukit rd3>kaki bukit ave 2 >Eunos Link > Jalan Eunos > Still Road > Still Road South > Marine Parade Rd > (loop at roundabout like svc 15 & 966)

The additional detour into Kaki Bukit is not worth it due to the suggested route being a loop service (so that increases problems of bunching and delays). Better to simply have a dedicated service from either Eunos or HGDEP (at least passing by Ubi / Kaki Bukit MRT).
Speaking of which, perhaps Sungei Kadut should have a peak hour service to serve its west side too.
Proposed 973 to become 973M
973 - Bk Panjang - Boon Lay
973 route to Upp Bukit Timah Rd > 178 Route to Boon Lay
178 - Woodlands - Buona Vista
178 route to Upp Bukit Timah Rd > Beauty World MRT > PIE > Clementi Ave 6 > Clementi MRT > Clementi Rd > AYE > Nth Buona Vista Rd > Buona Vista Ter
171 - Yishun - Jurong East
171 route to Upp Bukit Timah Rd > Beauty World MRT > PIE > Clementi Ave 6 > Boon Lay Way > Jurong Gateway Rd > Jurong East Int
My suggestion for Service 115:
Current route from Hg St 21 Fc to Hg Ave 1 > Hg Ave 3 (opp Blk 169) >>> Eunos Link (Eunos Technolink) >> Kaki Bukit Ave 2 >> Kaki Bukit Rd 3 (Loop) >> Kaki Bukit Ave 1 >> Eunos Link >> Hg Ave 3 >> Hg Ave 1 back to current route terminate to Hg St 21 Fc
Affected pax going to Upp Serangoon Rd can transfer to sv 81 at Hg Ave 3 (Blk 21).
Or which service is best that can be diverted to ply Kaki Bukit Industrial estate from Automobile Megamart? Sv 8, 22 and 65 going to tampines via Bedok Reservoir Rd seems duplicative, one of this service can just go straight from ubi ave 2 and ply Kaki Bukit Ave 1 and continue its route as well.
8 and 65 definitely cannot...many people go to untouched areas via these services.
22 so-so. Though its the only bus to Serangoon from Bedok Reservoir...unless you want to make 115 enter Bedok Reservoir and Serangoon then I think can
New Service 888

Not the best idea as there is no proper bus int/ter for the driver to rest as the route is rather long and goes to different estates. Do observe that for buses like 42 and 115 that does not have a bus int/ter serve like feeder.
Instead, coming back to think about the former HSI, I was thinking to combine 53M and 115 route since LTA will NEVER have the plan to upgrade that place to a ter. The new route could be: Serangoon Int --> Serangoon Central --> Boundary Road --> Lor Ah Soo --> Hougang Ave 3 --> Upper Serangoon Road --> Hougang St 21 --> Hougang Ave 1 and back.
Its makes a huge loop but it should be better. Can use buses from current 53M and 115, and some could go back to 53. Drivers will have proper rest at the int. But then is there space to put another svc in Serangoon? No right

Since Service 127 is being introduced.... The route, I dunno whether should extend to the Retail Park or not... Wait the route too long, ppl here make noise... But my suggestion will be like this:
Tampines Interchange
Tampines Concourse
Tampines Ave 9/Ave 10
Tampines Industrial Avenue 5
Tampines Rd/Link
Tampines North Drive 1/Drive 2/Drive 1
Tampines Ave 10/Ave 9
Tampines Concourse
Tampines Interchange

LTA could consider this as a weekend variant of 127, say 127M? To run on weekends and PH at 15 mins interval. Doubt anyone would really need to go to the Industrial Park on weekends ... ?

Beggars can't be choosy..Free shuttle mah.
Service 14: Clementi - Lorong 1 Geylang Bus Terminal
Skips Marine Parade entirely. It will still serve CBD for the passengers from Clementi.
Those going to Orchard from Bedok can take 7, those going to Marine Parade from Bedok can take 16/196/197, those going from Bedok/Marine Parade to Suntec can take 16/196. Those going to East Coast Road from Bedok can take 32/40.
Those going to Marine Parade from Clementi can take 196.
Service 126: Bedok - Upper East Coast Terminal
Same as 14 route up to UEC. Full SD fleet.

I understand that svc 14 route is very long but how can you just cut short svc 14 like that. I mean, what about the East Coast Rd/Mountbatten to city (Orchard Rd) connection?
Also in any case most people who take svc 14 don't ride end to end, they are mostly headed for the central city sector of svc 14 (i.e. Orchard Rd) so some of your alternatives are probably what people already do anyway ...
