Joo Koon Interchange or Tuas Terminal - Not allowed to have bus routes beyond Clementi/Choa Chu Kang.
Bedok Interchange - No more space available.
Boon Lay Interchange - 4 more services, enough to cater to Tengah and back to square one again.
Bukit Batok Interchange - 2 more services, only cater for Bukit Batok New Town.
Jurong East Interchange - No more space available.

They should really remove the kerbs at the end on berths and make parking lots instead. More parking lots also.
This would be beneficial but probably very unrealistic.

With all due respect, I think the way you have planned 374, 164 and 500 looks quite unrealistic.
1. I highly doubt LTA will introduce an express service going all the way to Boon Lay from Sengkang
2. 374 duplicates 102 (which in turn still has lot of capacity) + 102 is faster than 374 based on proposed route
3. Don't get it why 164 has to do Jalan Kayu/SLE/CTE when it can go direct via Sengkang West Rd or Jalan Kayu to YCK Road and CTE + the link within AMK is quite winding which I highly doubt as LTA routes are quite direct
4. Proposed 373 uses Anchorvale Link which is quite tight. I prefer 373 to do Compassvale Crescent at least in one direction and be fastest direct link to Anchorvale Crescent.

Actually St Mike still has capacity. If you have been there you will notice there is a parking bay and boarding/alighting berths at the back of the terminal as well, which is unused today. Random buses park there.

St Michael's can take one more service without any problen.
Okay if we insist there will be a 500 from Sengkang to Boon Lay, this is the route I will propose. It has to be really express.

Hi mr busanalyser, seeing the way 518 is planned, the above route does not have enough stops at around sengkang. Normally initial towns will have 2 or more, then in middle all express until reach the other side with 2 or 3 towns to have enough substainability. Time taken will be around 1 hr 10 min. They will normally give slightly faster than MRT. Cheers. Thanks.

True but given how far Sengkang and Boon Lay is, the service will be successful only if it is really express.
The way I see it is a lot of people will transfer at nodal points like Punggol Road, Seletar Circua and BPJ road.
The route above also connects Sengkang to BPJ and CCK on its way to Boon Lay.
Just my proposal.
