Remember that time SMRT used templates to respond to feedback? ;)
GA seems to be doing just that.

Hi mr sgbuses, in what way is mr gekpohboy spot on? He tells people to take LRT if their regular buses are not regular. How about those people not living near LRT? If gekpohboy is right, why did he have to say sorry? Cheers. Thanks.

Hi mr sbs6750E, Go Ahead did respond and made some changes. Service 118 and service 119 fleet were exchanged. All DDs from service 119 go to service 118. All SDs from service 118 go to service 119. Now service 119 left ALMOST all full fleet SD. Good one. Cheers. Thanks.

It isn't. From my experience, Transperth these days doesn't really care even if you report fellow passengers getting assaulted. There's an awful lot of anti-social behaviour I have witnessed on Transperth this week.
carbikebus claimed that even he, along with others, were banned by GA on Facebook. But I cannot confirm what really happened, so I can't comment on this. But from my experience, I personally think GA is relatively courteous.
But if your are late for school, your school principal will tell you to use an alternative or arrive earlier, as gekpohboy said. At least that's what mine did many years ago.
But you do know how much of a wayang is GCM/BCM at this point.

Hi mr sgbuses, a responsible bus company will not tolerate such stuff. Then all I can say transperth is not responsible.
Go ahead must seriously address its shortcoming of missing buses and not leaving interchange when it is supposed to. There is a standard to maintain when being awarded contracts. This should be the way rather than asking the public to leave home earlier. By the way, if leave home earlier and buses still don't appear, it is as good as ...Root cause of missing buses and bus headway must be addressed. No other illogical explanation or countermeasure like ask public to make up for their shortfall should be accepted.
Obviously gekpohboy points are not valid. All he does merely is to write 'crowd-seeking attention' posts. Please do not fall for it. Thanks.
Punggol people, I am sorry for the rude remarks. I acknowledge that I could have written it with tact. Please do not take it personally. Thanks.
(By the way, "f**k" = "feedback".)
Anyway,
Please talk about something else. Thanks.
Same as what I feel just one page ago, notice there's quite a few people who just don't respect seniors in hobbies as well, no matter where I go. Sorry to only realise it right now, perhaps just because I regarded myself as a newcomer 3 to 4 years ago.

Not really f up but too insistent and over confidence especially those without bus related experience. They think by adding too many buses will solve all the problem. They got no idea how selfish Singaporean drivers can be,Even give way to buses exiting also they don't care. All they know is chiong,Squeeze here and there and reach 1st.

Govt body doesn't care la bro,See we complain2 also everything increase.
In the first place LTA shouldn't ask the losing operators to transfered their shitty buses to the new operators. In fact LTA should be prepared to buy A22s/A95s earlier than expected.TT and GA should be using MB Citaros,MAN A22s,MAN A95s & Volvo B9TLs only and any excess of those buses should be distributed to SBST and SMRT.Only SMRT maintain 1 extra model more that is E500s

If trips do not operate at all, then the operator must pay liquidated damages for every trip lost. They cannot wiggle out anymore.
First/Last bus non-operation is the worst of the possible offences. Before GCM/BCM, I understand that at operator level they were to be operated "at all costs". If there is one trip you must not operationally screw up, it is the last bus.
Extra trips by the operator comes at their own cost and brings no extra payment from LTA.
Life itself is a gamble..There is always a first for everything whether you,I or anyone like it or not.Of course there is always plus and minus and sacrifice
