The BC saw another 386 opposite going straight, and thought he had gone the wrong way by turning right.

Observations at Punggol Interchange yesterday, at around 8PM
Sv 3: Demand was high, BCs driving like laojiao already
Sv 34: Still observing
Sv 43/43M: Mostly DDs
Sv 62: So far, seen all DDs, BCs all drive like laojiao also.
Sv 82: Can do with 1 DD, full SD fleet really not justifiable, demand and pax travel further than Sv 83
Sv 83: DD at around 8pm today, queue had about 25 pax, however only 2 pax went onto the upper deck while everyone else in the lower deck. DD can really be removed and transfer to Sv 3..
Sv 85: Seen quite a few DDs? BC driving quite slowly
Sv 119: Still quite empty, glad to see mostly SDs, I think i only saw 1 DD?
Sv 136: Still unsure
Sv 382W: BC was driving super slowly and less than 2 pax was onboard the whole journey.
Sv 382G: had quite abit of demand. :)
Sv 386: Demand was more than i expected.
I noticed BCs switching routes after every trip. Some of them nearly went the wrong way on some services. For eg, Sv 62 nearly went straight instead of turning right onto Punggol East
Now the you know,How it feel to drive 62 for 3 hours,82 for 3 hours and 386 for 2 hours..But all will change before 19th.Some block more worse,0515-0755 drive 82,0755-1000 drive 85,1036-1150 drive 382,Then 1225-1407 drive 83...Wah piang eh,You put SBST or SMRT BCs its just a matter of time they also go sotong..

82,83,84,85 & 119 now okay i can say so..3 need to convert 4 SDs to DDs..34 need 2 more buses to play safe.43 can deploy 18 DDs and 3 SDs while 43M deploy 3 DDs and 3 SDs.62 need to focus more on freq.118 have to monitor peak hour frequencies..So far today peak hours 4 mins per bus wahkao...1005-1200 12 mins per bus hmm..136 sia suey one...Bunchings during peak..Depot have to standby buses in case Sgoon Gdns jam start..386 must add 1 more bus during peak hour,I see 382G/W frequencies is way too good liao,Today 7 buses for 382 with a couple of buses crawling with only 4-6 pax on board!386 must improve more,Sometime 4,Sometime 5 buses?Today peak hour 6 buses deployed..

Hopefully. Also hope to see improvement of frequencies. After go-ahead took over 62, 62 has been coming very frequently, whereas under SBST, its frequency was 15-20mins

So far i've been observing go-ahead services.Yes mrdupdup77, i do agree with your point. However, i found it to be more frequent than SBST. However, i waited up to 18mins for 382G yesterday, was disappointed to find out that only 1 bus was running 382G, but 3 on 382W??
i just don't like how go-ahead is making its drivers switch bus routes throughout the day, it causes confusion especially when driving 382G>382W? Sometimes will go wrong route. I felt they could have sticked to SBST's style, one-two routes per day for drivers.
Some BCs still blur cock,Timecard put 382W but drive 382G instead that's why put 7 buses is better than 6.
Anyway here is our suggestions for Punggol Svc.
Svc 3:14 SDs 5 DDs
Svc 3M:Punggol Int to Pasir Ris St 71/Elias Rd and loop back..Freq of 22 mins per bus during off peak hours and 16 mins during peak hours.
Svc 34:16 SDs
Svc 43:Full 21 DDs and 4 SDs and 2 DDs for 43M.
Svc 62:17 DDs and 3 SDs.
Svc 82:6 SDs and 2 DDs.
Svc 83:9 SDs
Svc 84:2 during weekdays and 3 for weekends.
Svc 85:7 SDs and 7 DDs enough.
Svc 118:Full 16 DDs.
Svc 119:9 SDs
Svc 136:15 SDs 3 DDs.
Svc 382G:3 buses and 382W:4 buses.
Svc 386:6 buses.
Pasir Ris side Svc 12 need full DDs.15 need to convert 2 S to AP..E518 need add one more DD duty..
Jialat 84 and 136 no show for 1 trip each
