Maybe really lost in punggol because of the double loop. BC turn until blur.
5 days into BCM, SMB86M still issuing SMRT tickets...
Most of the buses are issuing the blue LTA tickets by now...

Strangely, I saw SBST tickets on the floor on a Go Ahead bus yesterday. It was SG plate bus, not former SBS bus.

That BC is a former SBST BBDEP BC somemore leh
Well, 53% of the bus drivers at Go-Ahead are new to the job.
When Tower Transit started, 55% of their drivers were new to the job. but look at them now. already performing well. :)
Give Go-Ahead some time. I'm sure they will improve after a while. :)

If what carbikebus said was true, then for Punggol, it could be closer to 70% new drivers (the 53% figure is probably after averaging out by a lot of ex-SBS drivers from Pasir Ris), which makes it understandable that there could be teething issues at the start of operations.

BBDEP controls mainly western side. The furthest BBDEP BCs reach is Tampines (Route 10) or Sengkang (Route 156). Not Pasir Ris or Punggol.

You mabuk or what? That ex Bbdep BC is the one who lost the way driving svc 386 la dey...Now he is living somewhere in the east
All, 3 buses of service 386 comes within 4 min at 8.44, 8.45, 8.47am at Blk 166 Punggol east bus stop. Hahaha.

new drivers we can understand..
what we cant understand is that why there are buses of same service departing interchange /terminal at around the same time?
so what is the control centre/timekeeper doing? or BC forget about their departure timing? or they have to wait for their buses to come back ,thus having late departure (but then this theory is not valid, cos by right, there are so many buses in the interchange, the timekeeper can ask the BC to take any bus to start trip)..
further, i think LTA should review the handover process.. maybe one week handover one service..., and maybe let the incoming operator BC drive the route maybe during off peak one week before take over, with the SBST BC mentoring together...
LTA is launching new flagship Scania K-Plus to replace Scania K230UB single deckers for BCM use.
since august 2016, SMRT took in new DDs.
KJDEP - +21 B9 (new), -21 E500 (to TT) , + 25 E500 (from WL/AM) ,net increase =25 DDs
WLDEP - -21 E500 (to KJ), + 11 B9 (new), + 21 A95 (new), + 8 E500 (from 969)
net increase = 19 new DDs.
AMDEP/LYDEP -- -4 E500 (to KJ), +35 A95, Net increase = 31 DDs
but half of it should be for sv969? so net increase only around 16 DDs (for sv67/61/985/854?).
so AMDEP is the one who benefit the less?

yesterday 118 around 12pm no bus for 45 minutes or so. then got two DD depart together... queue super long. some more its exam period for poly and ite (i think)! how can? bus disappear into black hole?
the 118 i boarded to punggol was also bunching with another 118. no idea why, it shouldnt happen. one of them also not appearing on bus app. never log onto trapeze? how bocc track?
jerkiest b9tl ride i've had in a while too.
Blame the BOCC,Yet can declare ex-SBST/SMRT staff,Puii..Today they let 4 svc 43 halfway start at T2,And i driving 43M have to clear their shit! And LTA guys have the cheek to say its ok?How about the next BC taking over my bus?Start Int?
well done...
At least its better than a naked restaurant being popped up for more than four hours. Even if that happens see a doctor

Hi mr lemon1974, this bus stop at Punggol central is still not too bad. Very well frequented by many services on the way to Punggol int. Cheers. Thanks.

43/M and 62 full fleet DD. What is this???
Go-Ahead wayang ah?
Hi mr sbs6750E, too bad for those living in Punggol. Already far from everywhere and still get a foreign operator to mess up the transport system here. Lucky for all those living elsewhere in Singapore to have Sbs transit and smrt bus services. Hope Go ahead Singapore really bucks up. Still don't understand give 83 so many DDs for what. Maybe they think it will impress those staying in Punggol since 83 is a key element of bus services in Punggol. What we want is reliable bus services and not gimmicks. Cheers. Thanks.
talk about those passengers stranded at PSR who only have 3...
