Which SMRT service is the first bus service to have the "M" variant used for SBST services (eg: 139M, 143M, 70M etc)
Which SBST feeder service used to have an "M" variant before being withdrawn, name the service and the interchange/terminal the service is from

272 is correct
Service A is a private bus operator whereas Service B is a public bus operator. Service A will travel parallel with Service C until Service A turns into Way D. It will meet Service B at Road E.
Service A will meet Service F after Service A turns right whereas Service B will meet Service F when Service B turns left.
Name the followings:
Service A, B, C, F
Way D & Road E
I've gotten the idea of short answer questions from one of the old threads in the SG Trains forums (it is a quiz thread), here is one that I've made up:
Read the short passage below and answer the questions that follows
Introduced one day apart, these two services serves towns A and B, Service X is a SBST service that bypasses town B, Service Y is a SMRT service that terminates at town B's interchange, X and Y both terminates at the interchange of town A
(a) Identify bus services X and Y and hence, state the routes plied by the two bus services
(b) Identify towns A and B
(c) On which day, month and year were service X and Y introduced?
Which Batch 2 VO3X 3-Axle is still running as of 1/5/2016, and has not been re-deployed before?
SBS9532Z has been perm on another Loyang GCM service before, other than 43.

Service A and Service B have the same two terminals.
Service A and B never stop at the same bus stops in their routes except their terminals.
B9TL Wright C is perm on Service A. B9TL Wright D is perm on Service B.
The two Wrights C and D have the same rego suffix, and the numbers of C's rego can be shuffled around to form the number of D's rego.
Service A's route length is shorter than Service B.
Find Service A and B, and B9TL Wrights C and D.
Answers:Service A:
Service B:
B9TL Wright C:
B9TL Wright D:

Hmm...
Service A: 7
Service B: 196
B9TL Wright C: SBS3204K
B9TL Wright D: SBS3042K

Originally posted by array88:Road A is within SBST territory, but the only three services that ply the entire road A in both directions, Services B, C, D, are all SMRT services. Services B and C share a common Interchange E, and Services C and D share a common Terminal F.
At one end of Road A, Service D turns left, Service C turns right and Service B goes straight. Service B then makes a U-turn at Junction G which is not its looping point. Service H also makes a U-turn at Junction G, but in a different way.
Service H has the same Terminal I as Services (H-1) and (H-2). Services B and D also pass by Terminal I within close proximity.
Another Service J shares some similarly in route with Service D between Terminal F and Junction G, but it does not pass by Terminal I. This makes Service J faster than Service D when travelling from Terminal F to Junction G. Services D and J are also the only two trunk services at MRT Station K.Determine:
Road A,
Services B, C, D, H, J, and the similarity between D and J,
Interchange E,
Terminals F, I,
Junction G,
and MRT Station K.
I was thinking of HBF svc but like wrong leh

Hi. I believe there are some parts that are written wrongly.
My best guess is:
A: Ang Mo Kio Ave 6
B/D: 853
C: 852
D/B: 851
E: Yishun Int
F: New Bridge Road Ter
G: Junction between Thomson Road and Marymount Road.
I: Yio Chu Kang Ter
J: 54
K: Marymount Stn
Although not correct, I guess I am about there.

Nice try, but wrong.
There's nothing written wrongly in the question.

Well, my next best guess is Toh Tuck Avenue... but 173 is nolonger operated by SMRT. Likewise for 106...
Nonetheless, 963 is still operated by SMRT.... only 106, 173 and 963 actually ply the entire Toh Tuck Avenue in both directions...
Actually, B can only be 173, 61 or 970. I have looked through all of SMRT's trunk routes. Only they actually run into SBS territory AND make U-turn at non-looping point...
That's why I ask if you got write anything wrongly. Well, if no, then I really do not know the answer.

Oops, I did write something wrongly... B, C, D were all SMRT services before GCM. Some of them may be under TT now...
Which SMRT bus service once had its first bus stop after departing from its bus interchange more than 15 km away from the interchange? (Now it stops at 1 bus stop in the > 15 km distance)

Which bus service is the most unique in the south?
Edit: Whoops I mean a 3 digit number bus number
Originally posted by SMB1368T:Which bus service is the most unique in the south?
RWS8
These 3 svc all ends at the east side
All 3 svc will exit from Interchange A and they all will share 2 stops together before Svc B split up with C and D. C and D will meet again at MRT Station E where they will travel straight before Service B split up for one bus stop and then reunite with the other 2 svc and then all 3 will go straight into Expressway F and G until Service C split up at Road H where D and B go straight again until D split up at Road I and then Svc B goes all the way to Terminal J.
Service C and D after splitting up from Svc B will share MRT Station K and will meet and Road L with Svc B but Svc B wont travel with C and D and instead go to Station M and will share some part of Service D route.
What are these 3 services?
Hint: North and East Svc
