Want it to serve Bedok North, more parts of CBP?

Hougang Ave 4 -- 10 (0/2), 13 (0/3), 17 (-1/5)
Hougang Ave 9 -- 20 (-4/7), 28 (-4/12), 28 (-4/4)... a lot of people who boarded along ave 9 were for Serangoon MRT. There was 109 SD a little ahead (guess it might be packed to door, hence people chose 116).
Serangoon North Ave 4 -- 44 (-4/20), 54 (-3/13)
AMK Ave 3 -- 67 (-8/19)
YCK Road -- 69 (-3/6) few pax could not board, 67 (-2/0) front door was not opened, 69 (-3/5), 67 (-2/0), 68 (0/1)
YCK Link -- 64 (-4/0)
Serangoon Central -- 61 (-3/0), 29 (-59/27) I alighted here.
** 116 loading has increased significantly towards NEX. There were people from ave 9 who travelled with me all the way to NEX.
** 116 could benefit from a few DDs in its fleet to meet the AM peak demand. Can start with 2 DDs and see how it goes.
** Finally, after 4 years or so, have seen good traction with 116. Even loading from HCI in PM is good these days as people prefer to take 116/329 from interchange rather than 72 from stop outside. This ofcourse has led to lesser loading on 72 / 101 from HCI bus stop.

Maybe peak hour that’s why..Still many paxs are unaware of 68
Especially for svc 3 from Pgl towards PSR st 71 if they’re stuck at the PGL jams
Just like service 883, service 68 will get DDs when the demand gets higher as months goes by.

Many service passingby there and concourse still have 127 & 969.
Maybe in future 4 Citaro,2 A95 and 1 B9TL is enough
Service 34A should be converted to operate full day and extend to weekends and public holidays
Service 34 between Punggol and Tampines cannot cope even on Weekends
