You should try the first few Yishun-bound buses on weekdays. KUBs leaving Pasir Ris around the 6.15am range onwards are normally packed until Jln Kayu. The first Yishun-bound DD tends to come at the wrong time, as then, its frequency is around the 6-8 mins range, instead of its first few trips, which are 10 mins range. The first Tampines-bound DD also normally have DD load.

Already suggest for svc like 858 to use a few OC500LEs,The one you saw is not 90..I have tried squeezing 75 pax into a Citaro and damm it was like a sardine in a can.
Saw an Enviro training on 811 route just now morning. And looks like the driver is 811 BC. Don't worry i always saw him when i take 811. Also this is the 2nd time DD training on 811

They added 119H & 121U on 858 in 2010 as a trial actually...but it flopped and were never seen again

U sure bo is a trial? I can name u all the OC perm on 858 before the MAN takeover. I took 119C and 121U alot of times during its time and it never flopped and i can tell u 858 used to have almost 100% OC fleet.
If u duno ur facts on 858, please dont anyhow whack, i took 858 everyday for more than a decade so i know the fleet inside 858 at the back of my head.
