I vouch for Parkway Parade for Terminal.15 & 966 can terminate there.
Taman Jurong need a proper bus terminal.
Marsiling need a bus terminal.
Not to mention future Bidadari,Tengah and most probably Simpang project.

I support some of your ideas, though if you want to take action, you have to bring this suggestion up to the relevant town council and MP ... there's greater influence from there ...

LTA that i always suggest too..
I read on Wiki that Bendemeer will have a new bus terminus... Is it for the Malaysian Coaches? If not, can have a bus terminus for coaches on one side and the other would be for buses...
I was thinking of letting Svc 170 terminate and some other services to terminate there... Maybe Svc 66 and 67 can also terminate there.
Marine Parade and Siglap, please!!

I have a sense of feeling it is...

Although 15 and 966 badly need a terminal somewhere at Marine Parade, the area probably has no space for a new bus terminal...
Possible solution: Build a terminal at Siglap; then 15 and 966 can make a U-turn at Amber Rd circus to Siglap terminal. On return trip they can also go all the way to Parkway Parade and U-turn there before continuing with their original routes. Red and white plates to be used.

That is a waste, why would you want to do that.
In that case better option is to extend 15 to Lor 1 Geylang terminal.
Siglap terminal is required to house 55, 135, 155, 36B.
tamp bus int ext.
Going back to the era of roadside bus terminals everywhere (some of the proposed terminals such as Siglap and Rhu Cross above may end up becoming roadside ones due to the lack of space to build a proper bus terminal facility) around Singapore in the 1970s doesn't seem to be a good idea, given that our roads are only going to get more congested with an increasing population size into the future. Moreover,
With that being said, I understand that our bus interchanges/terminals are indeed running out of space due to the lack of foresight/urgency by LTA in planning expansion schemes for existing bus interchanges/terminals to cater to the additional buses/services, thus more interchanges/terminals can be developed to house the additional buses/services.
All new towns should come with a bus interchange.
Bidadari and Tampines North will house one. Punggol North should also have an interchange. Can't just rely on Punggol Interchange.
Tengah in future will have one but when is Tengah going to be developed (2022+)
Simpang seems like more distant in future (maybe 2030+)

Is it still LTA's policy not to have multiple bus interchanges in the same town? That's the reason why they closed down Hougang South. Should it be resurrected?

I know of Bidadari and Tampines North of having a interchange... Tengah will also have ah? Simpang isn't the nearest bus interchange is either Sembawang or Yishun?

Yes, Tengah will have together with the Jurong Region Line. As for Simpang maybe intergrated with Canberra Station?

How to explain AMK and YCK? all the same, 132 should have been left as it was. it was the only route that turned roght from HG Ave 2 to Upp Serangoon Rd. not any more.

Taman Jurong only temporary. Buangkok I forsee will be something like YCK.
I think that Novena needs a small bus terminal and Bayfront needs an interchange. Tampines needs rehabilitation.

True that the city would do well with a new bus interchange or terminal. Don't need to be at Bayfront, could be at Marina South ... then can alleviate Marina Ctr / Shenton Way / NBR.

They should just bring Marina Ctr underground... Solves pretty much all the problems

it is not cheap... unless they intergrate it with some building.. further right now, marina centre terminal is doing fine with the new parking lots under the Sheares Bridge....
Ok so far we have/planned Bulim,Ulu Pandan for West.Mandai,Sungei Seletar for North,Changi,Loyang for East and Kim Chuan for Northeast.Imho we still need 5 or 6 more depots to support all the buses in future. For Eastern i suggest another 400-500 capacity depot to support Tampines and Tampines North.Northeast a depot beside Sengkang MRT depot is nice. One more big depot in Centralwest with capacity of 600 to support Bt Merah/HBF and Marina South svc.Tuas might need depot if LTA plan to close down Soon Lee.Another big depot to replace both Amdep in centralnorth and one more depot in the Northwest area in BPJ or CCK.

Any idea where CRL and JRL train depots are?
I have a sense of feeling CRL West may have a depot at Tuas or West Coast / Pandan with a bus depot there, although this may only happen in 2030. By then Soon Lee may close down...

Tuas is slated to replace Soon Lee and i dont know why LTA chose Tuas..Go anywhere also far,Guess have to cater Future Tuas/Jurong Island/Joo Koon and part of Boon Lay catchment.CRL i got a feeling might be somewhere in between West Coast/Labrador area.
