  SBS8981S rear left tyre fly out from the rim along HG Ave 4 in the afternoon just now. Rim dented and the tyre landed on a grass patch

  TIB 1155M (WLDEP SP) performing Svc 184 declared breakdown at Upper Bukit Timah Rd (Shell Kiosk), at around 1420hrs.

  Back half of the bus had entirely no air-con, both rear exit doors failed to close properly after 10 minutes of waiting and trying. Door problem already occurred at NP bus stop.

  SMRT bendy bus on 969 side swiped a SBST Volvo B9TL while it was trying to squeeze through 2 SBS buses at Tampines Interchange

  SBS 8062 U on Off Service (Suspect to be on Svc 74 at point) broke down on Lornie Rd. Left headlight casing came off at the bus stop before the Sime Rd junction.

  Motorbike was seen behind the bus. Breakdown sign was a safe distance away to warn other road users. Breakdown truck was seen turning out from Thomson Rd to Lornie Rd while I was at Macritchie Reservoir Bus Stop.

  SMB198Z met with an accident while on 307 at junction of CCK Ave 3 and CCK Way (turning into CCK Way from CCK Ave 3). Suspect hit motorcycle or pedestrain (not sure). Bus was on AP shift replacing SMB98D for the day...

  Spotted around 440pm with TP present...

  **Heard the victim injured badly and BC suspended from duties for at least a week...

  SBS Bus 3616 on service 182 met with an accident today (26FEB16) at a few minutes before 16:11. The bus driver disembarked the passengers at 23.7 km of the route. The accident happened while the bus was driving towards 23.7 km bus stop. While the bus was driving, an object flew from somewhere and hit the windscreen of the bus. As a result, there is a crack on the windscreen, in front of the bus driver seat. Thankfully, the glass did not break. Hopefully, the bus driver was not injured, because I am not sure if some broken fragments of glass had come in contact with the bus driver. Coincidentally, I was recording the bus ride on bus service 182 when that incident happened. Anyway, the CCTV footages on the bus confirm have recorded the incident. As I reviewed my own handphone camera footage, I saw a white object swing towards the bus. I guess it is a golf ball, since the location is next to the golf course (Raffles Country Club).

  SBS6171B (BNDEP 229) spotted at Bedok Int alighting berth with its EDS displaying Off Service & a traffic cone placed behind it.

  CRS personnel spotted inside the bus fixing the top part of the rear exit door.
