They had to follow the BCM regulation..Most probably Amdep concentrate on Bishan,Toa Payoh and St Mikes service..Whoa from yishun all the way to Whampoa all SBST control sia

SMRT still had the other half of Yishun.
Personally i would have preferred 169 and 825 over 851 and 852 umder Seletar.
