  HI mr philipC, I let my imaginations run wilder. Because both 555 and 598 serve Bukit panjang area. So the decision to transfer to private operators or delay to remove the services mean the authorities are currently taking their time to study the whole Bukit panjang transport plan collectively as a whole. They are deciding the routes for existing Bukit panjang bus services how to move to interchange and meanwhile serving the needs of residents all around the estate. Once the BPITH is planned to be operational, they may revamp 555 and 598 at the same time. Cheers. Thanks.
