  Total 14 new services, 6 already announced

  1. Sembawang/Yishun - 883

  2. Whompoa/Toa Payoh/Tampines - 129

  3. Tampines - 127

  4. Sengkang - 374

  5. Punggol - 381

  6. Bukit Panjang - 973

  In addition, there will be 8 more services.

  7. Bukit Batok - 949 G/W (Bukit Batok West Town feeder service)

  8. Bedok - 44 (DTL3 connector within Bedok North Estate, possibly going CBP)

  9. Hougang - 104 (Buangkok Crescent trunk service) or 323 (Buangkok Crescent feeder)

  10. Ang Mo Kio/Sengkang - 164 (via Sengkang West Way, AMK Ave 3 giving relief to svc 50)

  11. Tuas - 259 (Tuas South Extension)

  12. Yishun - 802 (Feeder service to upcoming estate along st 42/43/44)

  13. Tampines/Sengkang - 114 (service parallel to svc 27, terminating 27A)

  14. Bishan - can't think of what this service could be (?)

  ** Where is Pasir Ris & Eunos in this?

  I thought there should be an upcoming service 68 for Pasir Ris and 137 for Eunos-UBI?? Plans changed??

  Hi mr SMB1368T, this is even more puzzling. That time the straits times out Go Ahead has recruited enough bus drivers and they are in a better position to introduce bus service 68 in April 2017. Cheers. Thanks.

  BSEP ends this year... Hence, there will be bumper new bus services announced this year. Unless BSEP is renewed but from what I have heard it won't be.

  68 looks like its going to serve DTL3 TP but I only saw 19 & 291 going to serve those bus stops outside TP stn

  Regarding this few days saw some bc training bus at frankel ave to changi Rd

  Sims ave east frankel ave 

  The area only bus service 32 and 42  possible for the next bus service to add

  All, with or without BSEP, new bus services will definitely be introduced from yr 2018 onwards. BSEP is just a name sake only. From 2018 onwards, another name may just come in or they may even proceed with no names. For those towns with expanded interchanges such as Punggol, Sengkang, hougang, upper east coast, tampines, surely new bus services will be introduced in tandem with new developments coming up In the towns.

  Yr 2018 Q1 oasis terraces mall will be completed near oasis LRT in Punggol. There will also be Punggol polyclinic being built together with the mall. So we can expect yet another new service being introduced. Cheers. Thanks.

  The thing about Pasir Ris is that the population is small, and there are already so many bus services to many parts of Singapore. Furthermore, there's the MRT station connecting it to the West, and the Northern areas. So there's no need for new bus services, or even city direct.

  Yes, there are new flats, but these are around the town centre.

  What I foresee is that if there is a need for enhanced bus connections to the fringe areas like Pasir Ris Street 51, a new feeder bus will be launched, and this would be a short route similar to 284 at Clementi.

  68 postponed until Tampines Ave 11 fully developed and more tenants will move to the industrial bldgs.

  Until now, still no bus service at Bulim Avenue. People have to take 181 or 185 to Jurong West Avenue 3, and walk to Bulim Avenue. Otherwise is to ride motorcycle or drive car.

  they can take 181M (only AM peak) or 185 then stop at bus-stop opposite corporation pri along st 23

  then walk behind & turn right to a wide foothpath in between 2 logistics building to bulim ave

  Makes sense. LTA has already introduced too many sloppy routes.

  Okay. It's now June 2017. Still no bus service 68.

  Actually can,Introduce 991 from Bt Batok and loop at that area..BCM is funny..17 plying outside SBST depot when Bedok can just take 17 and renumbered 17A as 17M.189 plying outside SBST depot also.

  (Express / CDS: 26 services)

  • - 513, 651-672, 850E, 951E, 982E   (868 & 971E are not)
    

  (Extensions: 4 services; officially 7)

  • - 11, 35, 103, 119, (49), (386), (983)

   

  1 more upcoming (likely either 68 or 71)

  * 298 is tentatively a trunk service.

  ** Note that 110 and 123 Sentosa extension are not counted under BSEP.

  Should LTA introduced more BSEP Bus services plying from Boon Lay Int to New Bridge Ter e.g SVC 174 or any other bus services that plys there like SVC  5,172,173, 177 & 190.

  Sorry could you rephrase your qns? you asked abt services between BL and NBR, but 172, 173 and 177 doesnt even share similar routings

  Not suprised if 68 awarded to SBST because to compensate their routes that go to TTS/GAS..Might as well kick TTS/GAS out after 2021

  Yes, along with 24 and 34, with effect from 22 October.
