Who is the operator?

  Who is the operator of this K94IB? It looks a bit like the livery on Commute Solutions' daewoo coach but the word seems different... anyway the body shld be Ruby Auto but the operator is who?

  I happened to see this bus again, and caught hold of it's logo and contact details. The logo shows "Wei Jiesheng Siangwen" and the contact email is [email protected]. I tried looking for the company online but couldn't find any information about it, not even the email address is listed anywhere online. Probably it is operated by an independent operator.
