I usually see threads popping up on interchanges/depots and then die a natural death. If you want to tread back, becomes very difficult to find information. Hence, I thought it would be good to consolidate the information under one thread that can continue, and no need to have new threads every time (like Bulim thread opened almost three times).
So these are the few new infrastructure that we can discuss here:
Interchanges/Terminals:
1. Changi Business Park Terminal
2. Tampines Interchange extension
3. Sengkang Interchange extension'
4. Punggol Interchange extension
5. Hougang Interchange Extension
6. Tampines North Interchange (future)
7. Bidadari Interchange (future)
8. Joo Koon Interchange (but this thread is still active so okay)
Depots:
1. Bulim
2. Sungei Seletar
3. Loyang
We could also potentially discuss future interchange/depot requirements.

All, for your info.
3. Sengkang interchange extension pushed from end 2015 to by 2016.
4. Punggol interchange extension pushed from mid 2016 to by 2018.
Cheers. Thanks.

Oh my god... really... by the way CBP Terminal was supposed to open by Q3 2015 earlier... it has also been pushed to guess early next year
But Punggol to 2018?? That's shocking...
Tampines extension was to open with Sengkang extension in Q4 2015

Hi mr busanalyser, yes true.
Both sengkang and Punggol interchange expansion are listed in the govt brochure plans during this general election. The timeframe is stated clearly.
sengkang interchange extension not even started yet. So not possible by Q4 2015. Since sengkang is already built up, so naturally it starts first. Should complete as per govt plan by 2016.
punggol interchange extension should start work slightly later around end 2016. It should be in collaboration with the building of Punggol town centre (hawker centre, library and community club). Since most flats around Mrt are just finished or going to complete, it is standard for govt to complete bus interchange extension 2 yrs after residents move in. Currently waterway point mall is nearing completion already and it should satisfy the residents first. So the target is by 2018 as per govt plan.
Cheers.
New information; there will be a Woodlands Temporary Bus Interchange serving residents of Woodlands from 2016 to 2018.
According to the URA Master Plan website, there will also be Hougang, Tampines, Marina South and Woodlands North Integrated Transport Hubs. Meaning there will be future bus interchanges at Woodlands North and Marina South. Marina South interchange is speculated to be the merger of Marina Centre and Shenton Way Terminal while for Woodlands North some services from WRI will be diverted there?

Understood but I think it is too late.. as Punggol will need new services progressively given the town developments. Especially with Matilda opening from 2016 end onwards, would need feeder + 1 trunk to cater to the area on the west, and maybe one more service to Waterway.
Right now 86 & 87 only stop there for less than 8 mins and meal breaks is at AMK and BDK respectively.
There might be a big redeployment rehaul again with opening of Loyang Depot.
few update from survey i do last weekend
loyang dep ready. changi buz terminal work on. tampines int ext work start. land bet concourse and ave 7 cleaned.
Ullu Pandan depot to be ready by Q1 2018.
Ullu Pandan depot is no where close to Ullu Pandan road but instead is sandwiched between AYE / International Business Park and Commonwealth Ave west.. Quite a big plot of land, much bigger than BBDEP + ARBP combined.

I think it is because of the two depots gg to be under this package? That's why it is big... Maybe also may take in some of the buses from JE like 51, 105 which are not part of the SBST - TT handover?

Hi mr SBS9256X, western not eastern. Thanks.
Ulu Pandan depot is Business Park Drive along Boon Lay Way and i think the remaining JE svc along with Clementi,Buona Vista,Ghim Moh and Kent Ridge svc might be in the package.Cross border svc suchs as 160 and 170 impossible to start there cause route is too long from JB.There will be a depot for Bt Merah,Harbourfront and CBD svc in future too.Soon Lee most to most is to be retained.Bulim,Ulu Pandan and new depot for BTM/HBF and CBD svc likely to be the Western depots. For Northern side Mandai and Sungei Seletar already confirmed and there might be a new depot for Kranji and Bukit Batok replacement too preferably near to Dairy Farm.Eastern side Loyang and Changi is likely the candidate.Central might see a new bigger depot replacing Braddell and SMRT AMDEP.SBST AMDEP i feel they will retain also. For Northeast there is Hougang and might be a new depot along Sengkang area too.Kallang area might get a new depot also.
Changi Business Park Terminal is close to completion. As seen from some Facebook photos, it has 12 end-on berths and no sawtooth berths.
