  If I was not wrong it was pulled out at Bukit Panjang, which means it successfully drove through Mandai. But I think SMRT still needs to declare the route DD certified before they can officially deploy DDs on the route.

  Once everything is cleared Wldep can deploy 3 DDs for 171 though the service is under Yishun route group.

  So like this 171 is already prepared to have DDs already. Just that it needs to be DD route certified

  No not LTA but can ask Chye Thiam Maintenance cause its much cheaper.They also have barber service that can cut your hair at a discount price too.

  Haha to make things clear..

  A DD showing "171" was spotted departing Yishun with pax...and the same DD was spotted off svc at BPJ. It was said to be doing 969x171 slot..but was pulled out because 171 isn't approved yet(?)

  What do they do of passengers on board? Ask to get down and wait for next bus..

  Assuming 201 units total, means 116 BSEP and 85 non-BSEP.

  Wonder about A95 coming in... how many? Will there be any further E500 order now that 5889 come in?

  Service 171 can already get DDs anytime. Btw I hope 860 will get DDs sooner.
