Maybe there should be 1-leaf door for the entrance instead of 1 pair..save space also. And instead of tapping, maybe when technology is good, just use the concept of ERP to suck the money out when they walk pass(under)~
And perhaps they should consider going back to Low Entry buses. Just include more seats(priority ones), with 1 wheelchair bay.

True, but looking at the some passengers, they tend to avoid boarding the front most(on your left/left most from door cock). As such, I wonder if it would be better if it's just 1 leaf alone(don't need to choose, just board).

You see 1107C, 1109Y, 1139K, 3511, 3531..always in good condition. Plus, Idk why 1 Citaro/OC need to travel to WLDEP for "check-up". Might as well transfer to them? Or split the tech. teams up.
Maybe NS forgotten to teach ppl to set up more base camps etc.

Usually good condition buses is the one allocated perm to a BC,He will report or even take the effort to clean the bus himself..But really Wldep/Amdep side the bus condition all jialat..I agreed for now its better that Amdep transfer all their Citaros to Wldep.Amdep concentrate only OCs,A22s and A24s..Their pool of technicians also not that much compared to Kjdep or Wldep.
