I'm sure everyone here already learnt basic multiplication in school. No need you to teach us.

===============================
About 2~3 years into the future, the development of newer means of public transportation (Podbus, self-powered electric tram, hyperloop etc.) allows routes, especially straight routes and short local routes (i.e. feeders) to be commuted in a much shorter time; old-fashioned buses, however, still remain much in favour among Singaporeans. For a gradual transition to the new system, in addition to hardware installations, the LTA decides to take advantage of the bus numbering system and reserve services 600-999 for the new routes utilizing the faster and more efficient system. As more routes become optimised, the numbering system will gradually enlarge to 400-999 after the first phase, and 1-999 after the second phase.
===============================
Thus, in phase I, the buses currently occupying service numbers 600-999 are to be temporarily re-assigned new numbers. The LTA plan goes as follows:
==== The Big Squeeze ====
Overall, the 400s are generally numbered as such:
All new routes introduced after Phase I will fall under the new routes category. Currently, the numbering plans for 600-999 are as follows:
Routes in the 400-599 range, minus Bt Batok / Bt Panjang feeders, will remain where they are during their upgrade in Phase II. As older routes (current 1-399) are gradually phased out or reconfigured into the 600-999 range, newer, optimised routes will be introduced in the 1-399 range.

No one needs your bus multiplication table.
By right Bt Batok should renumbered 61,77,106,173,177 & 189 to 661,677,706,773,777 & 789.
CCK:67,172,188,190,Feeders to 667,772,788,790,730,732 & 737
BPJ:75,176,180,184 to 675,776,780 & 784
Woodlands:169,178 & 187 to 769,778 & 787
Yishun:171 to 771 and Sembawang 167 to 767
Can reuse the former numbers for future new svc
This bus disappeared from service in 2014 2 weeks before de-registration date, and was de-registered. But 2 weeks after de-registration, the bus re-appeared on the roads, and lifespan was extended to 2016. Give the registration no. of this bus.

Some regos when you add or subtract 17/18, you will get the same suffixes.
E.g., SBS6713M > SBS6730M, SBS2750G > SBS2768G, SBS8138K > SBS8155K, and the list goes on, and on, and on, and on. You name it all.
nice. there is sure a lot.
Originally posted by JurongWestresident:Hi. Is there any bus driver here who can tell me what is that signboard that is installed in front of some bus parking lots at SBS Transit bus interchanges? What do the signboards say?
I asked this question twice, but never had anyone (know how to) answer - until yesterday. Yesterday, I board a bus at Boon Lay Bus Interchange. While the bus drove out of the sawtooth berth, I saw the signboard. It was knocked down. Could be because the visibility level in the bus bay of Boon Lay Bus Interchange is low, that the bus driver could not not see the signboard. My suggestion is to replace the lighting with the lamps used in F1 Night Race.
When I saw the signboard, I found out what is on it. "REVERSING ONLY" (white colour) with a 'stop' icon (red and white colour), over the blue colour background. It is installed on bus parking lots where buses cannot drive straight through to leave the bus parking lot.

Add 17 if the last digit of the rego is > 2, 18 if the last digit is <2, 35 if the last digit is 2.
If the hundreds digit doesn't change, this should be the way.

Bus videos don't seem to be popular except for new buses... No one has uploaded a Sv 43M video on YouTube since its introduction 9 months ago. M variant of 139 doesn't have videos either...
