Outdated bus-stop names

eg: Tampines Rd - after Fish Farm Rd 1 (the fish farms & rd are already gone) Circuit Rd - Kong Hwa School (this school is now temporary school for Canossa Convent Pri)

Stop 64181 and 64191 - Bef/Aft TPE, Tampines Rd (obviously named before Tampines Rd was realigned away from Tampines Flyover which is now used by KPE)
Stop 64159 - Bef Lor Tongkol, Tampines Rd (Lorong Tongkol is gone)
Stop 67039 - Aft Jalan Kayu, YCK Rd (again, obviously before Jalan Kayu was realigned into Sengkang West Rd)

Bus stop 64049 - Hougang Plaza (It should be renamed Midtown Residences)
Hougang Plaza has already been demolished for a year or so already now it's making its way out for midtown residences which will be ready in a few years time.

Bus stop 10351- Blk 96, Henderson Road (Blk 96 is already demolished and the land there is currently under redevelopment)

Blk 923 bus stop, Yishun Ave 2
Blk 923 was demolished to make way for new mall and ITH

Boon Keng Rd - Blk 12.
Said block has been demolished for some 10 years, even the road name of the block has vanished (Tronoh Rd). The whole estate is replaced with City View @ Boon Keng and the upcoming HDB BTO Bendemeer Light.

The old national Stadium demolished in year 2010 and make way for new singapore sports hub

Blk 32 toa payoh has been demolished a years ago. The whole estate is replace with HDB BTO Toa Payoh Apex

Dunearn Rd: 41069 - opp Chinese High Sch
Chinese High School and Hwa Chong JC have merged to form Hwa Chong Institution.

Anybody knows the reason why the authorities are slow to rename the bus stops? Or they just want to leave it as it is? Cheers.

There's still a national stadium in the sports hub and it's the icon of the hub, so seems acceptable
