  Sv 28 needs 15 WABs. They have a total of 10 WABs (Citaros+B9TLs) now. I know quite alot of the Sv 88 WEGs are on Sv 28 today..so we shall see whether is it a 2-way swap (involving BN with BR 28, or BN with BR 28+BR 88).

  IMO, for the 5 non-WABs to replace, I think they should look at BN 28's VO3x instead though.

  In my honest opinion,BRBP should solely control svc 8 and Svc 88 is the one which should be majority BNDEP.

  Heard this Punggol-Sembawang service is control by Hgdep and Amdep,Dunno if its true or not.I predict there will be 17 buses which is 10 Citaros and 7 B9TLs

  But this definitely solves the issue of WABs for Sv 28 though. Like i mentioned earlier, they needed 5 WABs. they got 6 CDGEs now. Perfect for Sv 28 to get the WAB status now.

  They probably pasted the stickers over the weekend. For 9613Z 9624S 9835A to appear on those svcs today, it likely means they were transferred over the past weekend. Cheers.

  Has been on 88 everyday for like a month. Even has rear desto for 88 which looks like its new and BRBP made one just for it.

  HAHAH. Same thought here. I thought that BN 28 would be the one filling the gaps for the 5 missing WABs previously, because of all the older VO3xs that can be kicked out from BN 28 (compared to the Batch 3 VOs & VSOs from BR 28 side)..

  Either way, idk if Sv 28 should be happy that it is now ready for WAB status? They got a whole bunch of the ex-Sv 88 CDGE B9TLs..and from what I know, they aren't in the best of conditions..  
  Although acceleration and top speed of those CDGEs they transferred are quite good la.

  Err, i think if you followed the cameo spottings posted by others properly, im pretty sure that 9889U wasn't on Sv 88 everyday (or every weekday specifically) for the past month..
  
  You should keep a lookout for 9622Y & 9802U instead though. I think 9802U is out to 88 as well, although for 9622Y, i still saw it a few days on 28 as usual

  heard from SBS bus captain that svc 28 will try to withdraw all Volvo Olympians after GE2015, maybe when SBS87B is registered.

  Yes 9889U is not perm 88, there is no perm stix (when i rode ytd) so its still SP. Probably only cameoing to rpl random buses

  9802U is perm 88 too, perm stix seen.. and ps 3972 3978 3980 not perm.. kiv 9804 88 perm too...
