Well... nothing new about it... LTA has extra buses to offer so it adds them on feeder services in lots...
Same went with 261, 269, 315, 291, 293, 334, 285, 358, 359 and now 222. This was one of the last few feeder services that didn't have BSEP until last couple months nad now gets two.
I think LTA wants to give perm service to all its SP BSEP buses. Hence, no new registrations also.

Regarding SBS3746M on 43, I have not seen this bus lately. However, I have not even seen the slot that this bus is usually seen on.

856 has got 23 duties already..
856AP90 and 856AP13 have been added in, yesterday and sometime back after SMB1392Y was kicked out from WLDEP 184 -

SBS9532Z still not seen on 43 for a week... The replacement seems to be one of the 3 VO3Xs kicked out of 89. Should be SBS9507Y...

KIV for 6866E perm 112 this bus seem still running around other svc everyday .
for today hv : 6868A on 112 and also 6746 & 6832
