[WL SP].Suspect SMB3581E, SMB5045Z & SMB5046X are also WL buses. Base on KJ/BU standard deployment, they will always deploy them out once they received the buses from WLBP, but these 3 didn't.

Can someone update SgWiki for the actual depot control of Service 964? Since 17th February 2015, Service 964 is back to Woodlands Depot (WLDEP) control again...

These information are based on the latest timesheets...unless 960 went back to Woodlands Depot (WLDEP) control as well.

If this is the case, and considering how they deployed 3813C (BN 30), 3831A (CG 8), 3818P (BN 518) & 3837J (CG 23), that means they skipped deploying 7x Wrights on perm svcs in between (3796T 3799K 3801L 3807X 3812E 3815Y 3817S) at this current stage..
And given that these 7 Wrights are usually spotted more on CGBP svcs recently..I think they're reserved more for CGBP at this moment. And there's Sv 39.

Why do you need to bother about this bus being on Svc 147? 147 is controlled by the same depots as 165. It was spotted on 7 yesterday though.
