  For buses with deregistration, a replacement after deregistration might be some short- term like example 6809X is the short term replacement of 1896B later is 6603Y all the way.

  Imho,If SMRT wins Bulim package,Kranji can control CCK & BPJ.Wldep/Wlbp can control WRI,SBW and YIS while Amdep can joint control YIS svc and other Eastern and CBD bound svc.167,851 & 855 can still be Wldep/Amdep.Since Amdep cannot accomodate DDs its like no point they major control YIS svc like 851,854,857..Feeders and Intratowns can give Wldep control till Seletar Depot is ready.169 can give a few duties(SD slots) to Amdep.858 & 965(5 duties) can transfer to Amdep.

  SMB1512T perm 855 replacing TIB814B is correct.

  For SMB143G I believe that this bus is still with its perm service 985. Except that this bus might have went to park overnite at YIBP after MIA from 985, which might be the reason that it appears on Yishun services regularly.

  Same goes to TIB958U...

  Nobody has updated SgWiki for the non-BSEP perms for 960; if this is the case there are 3 extra buses in total; presuming that the DDs are not fleet additions but fleet upgrades, which three buses are out then?
