TIB816X's deployment as a 169 bus is not even valid at all. Use your brains and think whether or not a bus with a month left will be deployed, because I believe the dispatchers will want a longer replacement than this.
SMB1550H is 178 bus replacing 494R, 1551E is S201 perm replacing 491Z

Mr SMB31X, if you believe 816X is not perm Sv 169 currently, then may I suggest you provide a possible replacement that you see consistently recently then?
Otherwise, what your post just contain are just assumptions. It doesn't help when you seemed to imply other people have no brains to think, when your post also contained nothing constructive but hot air it seems?
I still see 816X consistently on Sv 169 over the past 2 weeks though. Which although I agree with you that it wouldn't be perm in the long term, it's still possible for them to use it as a short-term replacement before whichever MAN / Enviro can be found.

Service 187 is now under WPDEP (WLBP)... Saw 187TQ05 Sunday timesheet today (SMB247R), says that it is effective since 4 January (last Sunday). Not sure which service(s) went to WLDEP in exchange for 187 to go to WPDEP...

It's totally similar to TIB528C's case.
TIB816X was just a temporary WLDEP Spare bus, appearing on 911, 912, 962, etc., back then when the POSB HDB Loan advertisement is still being intact.
After that advertisement was removed, it has been appearing back to 169 again.
Anything regarding my edits on SgWiki, please just shoot to me. I am alright with it. Humans make mistakes too.

Are you sure? I don't think they will push it to WPDEP just for Sundays... It doesn't make sense to let it be under WPDEP for one day while being under WLDEP for the rest of the week.

It's totally the same whereby 912 was WPDEP controlled during Sundays for only one month..

First off, I am sorry if I come across as unreasonable picky or bossy or whatever the reason may be, but right now the best option is to wait til all the buses are de-registered before we find a replacement, No point to observe until 3 weeks and yet the last couple of weeks it is being kept inside only for it not to be deployed.
Secondly at this rate the deregistration of the buses are going and the coming in of the new MAN buses, It might not be wise to use the buses that are about to go and they might keep the bus earlier than expected ever since the plan to extend the buses that are registered in late second half of 1995 backfired because of the incoming MANs that are registered faster than expected and I don't really wish to see all of your time and efforts wasted (especially people who made an effort finding the replacements)for redeployments, considering most of you are regulars observing 169 well, alot has changed ever since 169 moved to WLDEP and right now everything is in an absolute mess (since most buses are about to go and the extension backfired.)
Ever since in late 2012 when the scanias are de-registered, everything seems to be getting out of hand in terms of fleet deployments and the fleet management has totally been messed up (notice when 961 went WAB, TIB490B TIB491Z TIB494R went and did 178, they extended the early'95 - 3Q 95 MB buses by half a year and it went on to the CACs but it back fired for the october 95 - Jan '96 MB buses only for them to go because the MANs are coming in fast, and buses that are about to go might be kept inside the depot not deployed at all for the remaining couple of weeks left.
I'm not commenting on things I haven't seen but I really hope you get my point of why I am keeping 816X out of 169.
