I saw that yesterday when I was at the MRT at Jurong East Station. The structure is there, but the roof is not. Most probably still need a few more days or weeks before it would be commissioned .
Even so, I do not think this is a hint of a new bus service, because the other bus stop near Jurong East Bus Interchange where route 990 calls can have more bus services.
I think more likely is re-location of bus stop, because the area where that 990 bus stop is is very congested during peak hours. With so many buses there queing to enter the bus interchange, it is not wise to have a bus stop in the way.
Forgot to post yesterday (180215)
Yesterday was onboard TIB715D (172AM03). BC chiong all the way until it caught up with the front bus SMB105S at CCK Ave 1. SMB105S was quite packed while TIB715D has about 10 passengers. I think the BC for SMB105S saw my bus so when waiting to turn left onto CCK Drive, BC changed the EDS to "Bulim Depot". Both buses still have one more bus stop along CCK Drive before CCK INT...BC of SMB105S really kiasu..haha!
Eventually both buses skipped the stop as there were no pax boarding/alighting...and SMB105S went back depot after that trip while TIB715D changed to PM03...
Observed 190 for e past 2 days,So far only 5 SDs spotted and the rest either bendy or DDs..New DDs replace a few SD slots?972 so far only DDs spotted.188 & 963 like got more DDs too.Today spotted 3 DDs on svc 67.

302 and 307 had free rides for the full route yesterday due to MRT breakdown, with the exception of SMB1538U BC who asked all to tap even at affected stations...
CCK and YewTee was in a havoc...almost all 302, 307 and 925 were packed to the door at CCK INT, and CCK INT had a terrible jam due to the sudden influx of buses due to MRT shuttle, buses stopping at the wrong berth (eg TIB1031L on 300 stopped at the MRT Shuttle berth)...
During PM peak, CCK surrounding main roads started to jam. CCK Drive towards YewTee totally traffic standstill..all the cars and buses queueing up as shuttle buses load at YewTee MRT stop..and the case worsen since Shuttle buses towards CCK and Kranji all had to pass thru that road...some buses end up have to use roads like CCK st 52, CCK WAY, CCK North 5, CCK North 6, CCK st 62... KJE entrance onto CCK Drive also jam...
All 302 and 307 (not sure other buses) had terrible bunching and frequency and buses were all late, BCs no time to rest but to carry on next journey...
At CCK, pax were told that shuttle buses will bring them to Woodlands but end up only till Kranji. Some pax were directed to board 925..At YewTee, SMRT staff and police were just shouting away...
Shows the terrible planning on SMRT part...

ya they can keep increasing the bloody fares without fail everytime but the trains still can breakdown everywhere.. and they always still dare to justify for their fucking fare hikes somemore..
Time to say goodbye to the NTU Higer fuel cell bus. The bus was finally towed out today after rotting there for a very long time. Not sure whether it will be exported or scrapped

Suspect SBS3434M using ZF gearbox.
Though it was not ZF since the beginning. I still remember a period when SBS3434M was randomly replaced with SBS3435K or some 43 WEGs, even those non-BSEP. If this is a mistake, the bus may be under long-term maintenance during that period.
I think it is still Voith though. Will take note of it again the next time I board it.
