Yesterday afternoon (3/2/2015): Spotted a MAN NL323F on service 960 on the road shoulder with hazard lights on, along the PIE towards BKE. I suspect it had a punctured tire. Didn't manage to see the rego as I was driving. But definitely an old-livery MAN.

Today(6 February, 2015) 169sv at 19:13-19:22hr, I spotted SMB1440S going around AMK Int for 3 rounds. At first round(19:13), it left it's parking lot but it doesn't goes to the breth to pick up passenger but to go back to park after SMB3540Z park. Then the second round(19:15), the same thing happening again but after a bendy park, it unable to park. Then third round(19:18), the same thing again by that time the 169 queue is too long and I don't know what is the BC doing. Then at (19:21), it manage to park back after DD(SMB3540Z) was deployed.

Normal... Around 1654hr, aft TIB1107C depart, there were SMB233E, SMB3007Y, TIB1142A & TIB1229J crowd together at the lots, then TIB1229J just keep going around to prevent causing jam...
Starting 1630hr, 169 slots will start to get be close like 190, 2 - 3 mins frequency, which was why 233E which i took aft 1107C, overtook 1107C at AMK/Bishan Park busstop before turning to Upp Thomson Rd... End up overtook another 3 buses, 3536L, 5027B & 1225U at Senoko... From 5th bus became 1st bus in the queue, so 5 buses just bunched like that to WRI...
By the way, there were 2 856 bendies with the 4 169 buses near Senoko that my 233E just overtook all of them like nothing happened eventhough all 7 buses were full...

I know about that but during the first round, there was just only SMB1440S at the parking lot and there wasn't causing jam because SMB3540Z was just arrvied and alighting passengers. If SMB1440S goes and pickup passenger at the first round it makes the service on time. So why is SMB1440S delaying for 10mins and to let 2nd bus SMB3540Z shorter break time to deployed?
Plus this is my first time saw 169 queuing to the next breth and 11 people at next breth.

Could have purposely swop the slot by management so that 3540Z can do the job for high loading at that time, then 1440S will follow at the back in few mins gap... By the way, yesterday these was an additional BSEP DD deployed, SMB3571J...
SMRT190 is really LJ big time. Friday n sat evening 1030 to 11pm cannot board at Raffles town club towards CCK. 10 Years plus still cannot solve the problem. Every bloody year asking for fare hike. Shawn Ong, please bomb more in Smrt FB. If you are reading this:

speaking of 190, today 190 chaos...i think its due to the closure of Orchard Rd and heavy jam at Chinatown area...was onboard SMB5011X (190PM24), bus was late for almost an hour by the time it reached CCK int at 2205hrs..
No notice at bus stops for the closure?

have...i think the problem was more at ChinaTown side..
1) SMB215H had masking tape that taped the right side of the front rego to the front bumper..front rego was slightly slanted.
2) SMB1573S had super loud and out-of-tune bus stopping chime, and also weird rear door closing chime as though the speaker had sore throat...front door closing chime was as per normal.
3) SMB1592J engine died while at Blk 223 Bukit Panjang stop at around 1125am. BC managed to restart the engine but had warning sign. Apparently there is fault with the engine cooling system as shown at the panel which also shows which gear the bus is at. Bus engine was very loud as though im on SMB215H... the fact that user 23ispolo spotted it in the early afternoon means the bus had carried on revenue service even though with the fault..
4) SMB5013R had habit door closing chime instead of the usual ADL door closing chime...
