0.0 I never really seen a bus clear PSR Dr 1 in 15 mins before (Before AM peak) closest I been is 20 mins on a Sat 7.20am trip on 81 towards Kovan. (Could be timing). Other trips have always been 15mins mark at PSR MRT and 30-35min at West Plaza.

Pasir Ris Dr 1 in total has about 12 stops. It is rare that the bus will complete this journey in 15 mins, given that aft PSR Central stop only can take 2 mins given there are also other services. I think the average time to cover this stretch should be 18-22 minutes.

To you and user "ButIAmAToilet", try taking a Sv 39 before 0645hrs during Weekdays from the first stop PSR Dr 1 in direction of Yishun. There is a significant difference in their urgency to make the required frequency before 0640 and after 0640hrs.
Ditto for the frequency during off-peak, which is closer to what you said of 20+mins. And like what you had posted, what you calculated is theoretical. There are quite a number of stops which Sv 39 (or the svcs that pass by PSR Dr 1 on the side closer to Dr 12) tend to just skip along PSR Dr 1 during Off-peak (which is another issue all together since it's not the timing I'm trying to talk about).
Or if you guys would still like to doubt me, feel free to go ahead. I take Sv 39 practically every weekday morning around 0630hrs so I was posting my own observations for the timing I sat (which is usually 15mins+ to clear PSR Dr 1).

I think 811 is quite suitable for getting DDs since many workers are travelling on this route during peak hours. Also, 811 is also one of the popular feeder service as workers will always use this route since it goes to Yishun Industrial areas. 811 always packed with passengers. So why not give it a try deploying DD on 811? 964 also use DD because of workers travelling on that route. If other SMRT feeder services have frequent loading passengers and it is a intratown service, they should deploy DD. Some more LTA said that MAN A24s will be delayed for registration.

Hmm 811 cannot use DD lah. The distances people travel on 964 is greater than people would travel on 811 and even 964 seems to have been a failed trial for the use of DDs. Just wait patiently for the A24s lor. Why LTA delay it, the bus needs some modification to specs ah? Anw once more E500s come in, there will be displacement of O405Gs to be used on feeders. It could serve as a temporary measure. If LTA wanna try out the success of DDs and if 964 was not a good enough demo, they could try 860. Anw 860 also BSEP.

Also SMRT has already deregistered and removed TIB849B to TIB883B from its depots right? Thats like 35 deregistered units alr. Plus by end of this month, TIB884Z to TIB887R will also deregister. Inclusive of TIB900K, thats already 40 MK1s off the roads to make way for A24s right?

40 units of bendy gone. We need A24s to come in or more E500s to be registered soon, and next batch of DDs to be ordered.
Otherwise SMRT services are going to see no capacity beef up.

Maybe for now is more to parking issue since many undeploy A22s coming..Most probably Amdep will transfer some of its Habits to other depot first and deregistered more O405s to make space for the new buses.For Kjdep the DAF might go off sooner than schedule.SMRT got a year to know the first package outcome before taking over Bulim..If they get Bulim,Then,They can start shuffling.If not have to fight for Loyang.
