Agreed... 911 has lost many bendies in the past years due to lack of bendies with SMRT... they try to do with lot of crossover slots to compensate for it during peak hours
From a staff in another forum:
SMB5888H said to have 320HP engine, same as A22, quiet diesel engine... and, like what I suspected, it's true the staircase area has a triangular window same as A39, one of a kind in SG...
For the engine spec, maybe we'll wait and see if it's really 320HP...
No leh its not 320hp its same like 388S

Currently 911 load can be managed with the current bendies+ x-over and peak hour splits. The only thing that needs adjusted is the frequency, The freq sux to the max. 3 912 or 9 913 or 9 903 can come to the Checkpoint bus stop then a 911 come appear.
911 need at least 2 more rigid buses not to tank load but to streamline the frequency
307 need 2 more buses 1 for normal shift 1 for split
911 need 2 more buses 1 bendy 1 SD also same thing normal and split each
812 need 2 split shift SD
going around for training drivers or warm up for service today.

The triangular window is just for show...
It's so small that one can barely look out of it.
Unique though.
If it is 320hp, it is still gonna boast faster pickup if fitted with ZF thanks to the twin turbo. The E500s are great with Cummins but can feel abit of turbolag at times.
Too bad the bus doesnt fitted with the tree guard..Look damm plain in front
Anyone know which depot this bus will go to?
Might be Wldep..Amdep should move to new depot if theyre keen on taking the DDs
EDS model is Aesys Libra.

Controller wise it is using the Aesys KC640-USB.

You mean this? The size of the controller caught my eye several months back, but I never got around connecting the dots.

Yep, exactly this, but the one on the Sentosa one which you posted is without the USB port (model KC640).

Yep, this. I also have a shot of it with a old guide on the codes for the EDS (but failed to show).

This bus should start doing the roads from 10-Nov I believe...

The only concern for me is that the BC may not be too used to this kind of controller...
