Just hope every visitor behaves themselves, so that SMRT will have more open houses and perhaps start depot visits like what KMB does...

I deeply appreciate that SMRT has taken the initiative and effort to organise this event. Indeed, my impression of SMRT has changed much better including their introduction of double-deckers. SMRT; keep it up!

Saw the posts on SMRT FB, just like selected Singaporeans who like to hound every organisation till they get the out of the world ideas implemented... Its the same with the group lobbying for universal suffrage in HK and wanting to implement ideas outside of the basic kaw framework(OT).
Others are genuinely concern but in a more restrained way...

I am afraid SMRT's engagement initative is dead in the water the moment lobbyists took them to other online media.
SMRT has not responded to anything on Facebook since.

Its quite interesting to see that they maintain a rather turnaround for a FB page.
But I personally doubtful that they would respond quickly on a sustainable basis.

I think the bad publicity SMRT is getting outside of Facebook over their replies to comments may have forced them to rethink their entire approach.
But to sustain for three weeks is already quite an achievement. Burnout is inevitable
