Toh Tuck can accommodate DDs as well.

171 can use DDs.. who said cannot? Same like sv 700 you asked before.
sv 960/66/67/48 have had a problem due to the stretch between Newton & Little India. 171/700 turn before that.

Henderson def has restriction because of low branches.
Heard the same for Depot road and Sixth avenue as well.

There are many mistakes in your reporting.
Sv 3: Pasir Ris St 21 (towards Pasir Ris Dr 4) No restriction for DDs. Reason for non-existence of DDs is presence of 3A/3B to cover the high loading areas. Loading bet 45-55 pax in peak hours from Punggol end. Around 40pax in Tampines leg.
Sv 15, 33, 155: Telok Kurau Rd & Joo Chiat Pl Correct
Sv 16: Joo Chiat Rd Correct
Sv 24, 27, 34, 36, 53 & 858: Changi Airport PTB1-3 Correct
Sv 29: Network of roads within Changi Village? I dont think there is any issue with DDs turning on these roads within Changi Village. The reason should be the loading until Tampines ave 9 from Changi Village is always between 35-40 pax (max) during peak hours. In fact, people prefer other services to Simei/Tampines/Pasir Ris MRT considering the long winding route of 29 to get to Tampines Int. Hence, no DDs.
Sv 32: Frankel Ave or Margaret Dr? Don't know about Frankel, but def no restriction at Margaret Dr. I dont think Frankel should have an issue as well. Reason no DDs is the loading is around 35-45 pax throughout the route. Hence, you dont see a SWT for sv 32 nor BSEP/SBST related fleet add. But with development of condos/HDBs around Margaret Dr, I foresee either a new service or SWT for sv 32 to cater to future demands along Margaret Dr.
Sv 39, 85, 171, 800, 803, 804, 806, 811, 812, 851, 852, 853, 854, 855, 856, 857, 859, 860: Yishun Int Correct - should be rectified soon with move to temp interchange
Sv 40, 42, 401: Siglap Rd ??? Don't think there is any restriction here. None of the services justify DDs.
Sv 42: Network of roads within Kembangan, Fidelio St, Siglap Dr, Frankel Ave? Dont think there is any restriction here - the sv does not need DDs. Each bus gets 20-25 pax. Only after 2 years of BSEP, sv 42 has now got a fleet add.
Sv 57, 175, 195: Depot Rd? Correct - there is issue with low hanging branches
Sv 73, 105, 159: Braddell Flyover Correct
Sv 77, 156, 970: Sixth Ave Correct - if you pass by you see the road is narrow and has many trees along with low branches.
Sv 84: Punggol Rd End What is the height restriction here? Why would sv 84 even need DDs. Again, like sv 42, it just got a BSEP add. Max loading 20-25 pax.
Sv 92: Network of roads within Mount Sinai & Science Park Dr No. Again it has to do with sv 92 not needing DDs. Through its route, the loading is 50-60 pax at Science Park Dr during peak, and along Mt. Sinai hardly crosses 35-40 pax. Hence, no DDs.
Sv 123, 131, 275: Bt Purmei Ave Not sure. 275 does not need DDs. It has a loading of say 25-30 pax, which is v good for small route. 123 does not need DDs. Has 123M during peak hours for Tiong Bahru leg that has super high loading. Rest of 123 to Orchard and beyond to Bukit Merah often gets max 40-45 pax. Hence, no need for DDs. 131 needs DDs but Bukit Purmei is not the reason. It is Henderson.
Sv 57, 124, 131, 145, 175, 176, 195, 272, 273: Henderson Rd Correct. Some pruning here can be done so that sv 145 and 176 can get DDs in future.
Sv 138, 926, 927: S'pore Zoo There is no issue here. If you have been to S'pore Zoo, you will know there is ample room for bus to turn, no low hanging branches. Again, unlike other routes, loading does not justify. Though weekend loading can be high on 138, and only weekend perm DDs can be experimented.
Sv 131, 141: Network of roads within Farrer Park Correct - Pei Koi Estate has trouble with SD buses, leave alone DDs.
Sv 11, 158: Tg Rhu Rd & Rhu Cross May be you are correct. I am not 100% sure of this area as I have been there only once.
Sv 160, 170, 950: Malaysia Yes. Though I dont see why bendies cannot be deployed on 950.
Sv 191: Portsdown Rd Is it Portsdown road or the fact that 191 loading is miserable. Peak hours loading can be only 30-35 pax (max) not justifying any DDs
Sv 194: Bird Park Dr Of course DDs are okay. Just that DDs are not needed.
Sv 200: South Buona Vista Rd Why? There is no reason why DDs cannot be used. 200 does not need DDs. Max loading towards SBV Road during peak hours is 35-40 pax.
Sv 238: Lor 8 Toa Payoh Correct - but I have seen off-service DDs come out of Lor 8 to Bradell road. Hence, I have been confused. There are some tight turns though, otherwise this service def deserves DDs. Like 243G, if the turns are made smooth, DDs can be easily used.
Sv 261: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 1 I am inclined to say you are correct because the turn within industrial park seems quite sharp. But AMDEP in general is pretty miserly on giving DDs to its feeders/town links and prefers to use only SDs here. See 265/268 same story. 265 could have issue with st 54 but 268 has absolutely no problem getting DDs. Yet AMDEP has not given it any. Even 410 got DDs just recently, when its loading has justified DDs long time back.
Sv 284: Clementi Ave 4 DDs can def be used. You just dont need DDs on 284 with peak loading of 50-55 pax for only 2 stops.
Sv 317: Network of roads within Serangoon Gardens (excl. S'goon Gdn Way) Correct, but nevertheless, 317 does not need DDs. Peak loading is around 50-55 pax, most of which come from Chomp Chomp, where you also have 315.
Sv 354: Jln Loyang Besar You can have DDs just that you dont need DDs on 354 that has a superb frequency with 30-35 pax (max) on any bus. Some buses also depart interchange with 20-25 pax during PM peak and 15 pax during AM peak.
Sv 400: Marina Gardens Dr
Sv 401: East Coast Park Service Rd
Sv 402: Marina Coastal Dr
Sv 403: Pasir Ris Rd, Elias Rd No need for DDs yet.
Sv 882: Sembawang Rd End No need for DDs. Need BSEP for frequency. Bus gets 40-45 pax (max). Poor frequency.
Sv 975: Lim Chu Kang Rd End I think no issue with DDs apart from a long stretch between Brickland and LCK has only 30-35 pax during peak hours and uni-directional loading. 975 though has DD loading between Brickland and BPJ.

What does this mean??
Lim Chu Kang Rd, part of Old Choa Chu Kang Rd can have DD. Just that west of Lim Chu Kang Road (Old Choa Chu Kang Road) and Jalan Sungei Poyan don't need DD, except that a proposed bus route 164 can replace 172 and can go all the way to Tampines.
Lorong Danau have six low hanging branches.
Most parts of Pasir Laba Road are double-decker bus capable.

User SBS2615P can testify for sv3. The reason why P539 gets DDs is bcos it plies the Dr 2 bound of St 21. The Dr 4 bound is difficult to be manoevred by DDs. I agree that 3 has high demand.

And yes, there ARE low lying branches there.
