I still see 530U on 187, not shifted over.

As of now 854 is still under dual WLDEP (maybe reduced to minority control). There was a TIB1063U (think 2 days ago) as well as SMB222L yesterday on 854.

Think the ones that are taken back are those that start their later shift at Bedok, Those that start their PM shift at YI will stay in WL.

Now that you say it, I have a feeling that there is a chance that the Batch 3 OACs will also get extended, since their deregistration dates are around the same time as the CACs...
Again, many people are confused about 159.
The BCs will paste the cut-out guides on the buses they drive.
Even when the buses aren't perm, they'll still paste it.
This is how some other DM3500s that don't perm 159 have them.
Please KIV, if the bus with the cut-out guides are observed to be doing 159 regularly, THEN mark it as perm.
3 buses on 324 today.

Seems that they don't have any more cut-out guides...
So they are using the new version guides now.

No, the Batch 3 OAC will never get any second lifespan extensions...From three separate tender notices, a total of 289 O405s will be de-registered between July 2013 and June 2015; after offsetting the value, there will be only 19 O405s de-registering from July 2015 onwards.
Aside from the 6 OAC O405s (TIB827P - TIB832Z) that will be de-registered between December 2015 and September 2016, the remaining 13 O405s are from the CAC batch which will all be de-registered in July 2015.

Probably they thought that the bus is from BNDEP, since the buses from SBS6792J - SBS6801S are all from BNDEP (except SBS6797X under BRBP and this bus)...

This might be a replacement for SBS2698A.
.
It seems that even the relief drivers on 159 are pasting guides.

Likely SBS2698A. However, SBS6197C does not even seem to appear nowadays. It seems to frequently appear on 116!
