But like what carbikebus said, many of the O405s will deregister in 2015-2016... If SMRT want to keep registering the the MANs, then cannot extend the Volgren O405s, if not we will still see them on the roads till 2018-2019... Would SMRT want O405s till then? Mostly likely not.

Yishun is more of a bonus as it is near to both WLDEP and AMDEP. I would suggest that Bukit Merah Services and Harbourfront services goes to Bulim as Harbourfront and Bukit Merah is more towards the West. By doing so, it can also ease overcrowding at AMDEP and as for 176, it can go KJ and BU.

BUDEP is already full in terms of parking lots used. If you want Harbourfront to get controlled by BUDEP, you will have to wait until 2016.
It will most likely take over most of Bukit Panjang services, like 75, 700...
Bulim to HBF/BTM is not that near either. Instead, the remaining Bt Batok services under KJDEP as well as full duties for 180 and partial duties for 178/187 should go under Bulim as well...
Most probably if 178/187 is to move to Bulim, WLDEP can clear some spaces and move 961 back to full WLDEP control.
