Why the sudden shift of BSEP buses from KJ to WL? Already 6 buses right? 3037, 3039, 3054, 3091-3093....

It could be that SMB3516U - SMB3518P to KJ... Though have to wait for further notice on these 3 deployments which could be for 972...

At least 106,190,969 & 972 need 5 DDs each..Pax and some SBST BCs are also shocked when they saw the 969 DDs..Cmom Cmon..61(Eunos),187(Boon Lay),188 & 963(Harbourfront),167 & 851(Bt Merah) turn..

Same for 966 DDs... Boarded SMB3513C on the first day, when arriving at Marine Parade, SBS7568J BC stunned and keep looking at the bus and smiling... I always like to see people's expression when they just looked stunned at new vehicles...
While at WRI, TIB808U picked up 912 pax then stopped beside SMB3513C while it was picking up 966 pax... The DDs just led to many stunned faces...

Because they dont expect SMRT to use DDs..Same case if SBST suddenly trial bendy for its feeders..Wonder if E500 gets full body ads and that will lead to more confusion..

972 will be getting another 3 BSEP DDs from what I hear... the demand also justifies.. took 972 ADL and counted 77 pax on PIE towards Orchard.

61 does not need DDs. Better give these scarse and useful resources to 187, 188, 963, 851 as you mentioned. Can also try DDs on 167/980 - should be very good for commuters.
61 had DDs during SBST time but loading has dropped majorly. Now major loading area only Ngee Ann to Bukit Batok. Have taken service many times and loading in most part of route even in peak hours between 40-55 pax... some stops touching 60 pax.

You can also see when I took 972 and it passed through Ring road... some ppl waiting at stop like dumb... and then realize "oh it is 972"... there are not many buses passing Ring road... so it was very amusing for me... for ppl to not realize the DD is for 972.

Some WLBP buses are also labelled simply with 'WLBP' at SgWiki even though the duty sheets state 'Overnight Parking At Woodlands Bus Park'...So just label it as BLBP, unless the adminstrators there allow the Woodlands buses to be labelled as 'WLDEP/WLBP'.

Just label BLDEP..even though they refill and bus wash at Kranji first cause temporary Bulimdoesnt have the facilities.. Might as well stated Wldep/Wlbp if the bus ONP at Wld Bus Park...Cause anyway they refill and bus wash at the depot itself..For Arbp and Brbp its diff case though their main depot is at Bbdep and Amdep..They have the refuelling and bus wash plus a minor maintenance bays facilities..Only major repairs done at their depots.

Its confirmed. This bus is not a fleet add. It will do jump slot, AP01 on Sundays, AP02 on Mondays, AP03 on Tues, AP04 on Wed, AP05 on Thurs, AP06 on Fri. This bus will not do 307 on Saturdays...

Observed thru cameo spottings that this bus kept jumping around alot on Yis svc lately. 67 buses are normally superglued, hard to see 67 buses having cameos though

I thought 1 BSEP add was good enough... 2 BSEP adds is a little too much... anyway, the frequency is a bus every 05-07 minutes... now with another 2 BSEP adds... seems like peak hour frequency is going to go to 04-05 minutes.
I don't think there are much new residential buildings along the route constructed for loading to rise... okay Tampines ave 6 will have a huge HDB complex opening but not anytime soon...
ITE is already served by 72B...
Tampines Rd has a modest loading of 40-50 pax per bus.
HG Ave 9 to HG MRT also have 116 now.
So yes it is like getting pampered too much. Anyone else sees another rationale?

AMDEP does not give DDs to feeders... no TPY and AMK feeders/intra towns have DDs... with the exception of 410W (that too very recently).
Otherwise 261/265/268/269 all are candidates to get 2 DDs.

Should be too much bah the fleet dat having now on 72 already more than enough liao now somemore add 2 more DDs to the fleet total 6 BSEP WEGs having to this svc now .
