i think the service need DD buses in the weekends. but again people paying more so i think it worth to have DD 506 express service. It will be better if it can extend to boon lay or tuas terminal.
i just think that 506 to toa payoh is too winding for an express svc.. It serves the whole bukit batok before using the expressway to toa payoh

Agree with you on the frequency part.
Example from TPY to Bedok, i would rather take 26/28 or 59 xfer to 25/854 rather than to wait 20mins or so and having to pay more.

epull? i boarded this bus 2 times on 179A today, once at 9am another time at 345pm..
Hopes 513 get to run full day with freq of 12-16 mins during peaks and 18-24 mins for off peaks..For a start 7 Citaros and 5 Wrights is good enough.502 need 2 more DD conversion,518 definately need another full day DD

174e receives double-deck appearances for multiple times already since a few years back, but not a permanent arrangement.

These 3 duties is not necessary,All they need is convert 3 SD to DDs and cut 1 split to full day.

Should upgrade whole fleet with DD. Passengers paid more than any normal ones, should be able to cover for the profit drop(if any)..
I have seen 174e CDGE B9TL before also. The EDS panrl couldnt even fit in the number and fast forward sign properly lol

Dont think need full fleet but Half of the fleet should be converted to DDs yes the expensive express fares will recoup the losses of the empty seats but still it's not very productive if u convert the whole fleet to DDs.

If you see 190 loads.. u will know it would be good to have full fleet DD... even load between Chinatown and Orchard is good... likewise load between BPJ and CCK.. but does not need 42 DDs... good with 39 DDs full fleet DD.

He is refering to Express/FF services
i like see 518 get more double decker. more need than 506. i think give 506 double decker so that more peop start use it. i see often along uec and bedrok, 506 go empty but no same case with 518. 513 also do well but dont think full day got potential.
