slight update - the rear sliding masats doors actually have an updated rear cover that does not slap like the ones on the SMRT A22s. the SMRT A22s have an older 2-piece version that is made up of a plastic tray unit and a metal shroud (the metal shroud flaps violently whenever the bus bumps and whatnot). the updated rear cover can be found on SBS8689L where the entire rear cover is a single plastic unit.

But it's still very shaky on SBS8689L...
What was the door model for the SBST O405s?
SMRT Dennis Lance 211s are using Wellman Peters doors, saw the logo on the doors of PA669B.
The 245 Lances are using SMC doors.
Perhaps the SBST O405s and N113CRBs are also using Wellman Peters doors? They look similar.
Anyone knows the door brand of the RapidKL King Longs, Scanias and MANs?

If SMRT was smart it wouldn't even have went for Masats for the E50D in the first place...
Ventura is a way much better choice...
Edit: sorry didn't read properly, anyone has a clue which door is the E50D using?

SBS's O405, N113CRB and the B10M Mk2 uses Overton door systems which has since ceased to exist.

SMRT's E500MMC would be using Ventura for its door systems, at least for the initial units.

Thank you. That was immensely useful.

All I know is that they are pneumatic, due to the sounds produced when the doors open and close... I actually prefer these doors over SMC Transit doors, as they are much studier and durable. Sadly, they are more violent and have broken rubber often...
Juz to update, HK DMs uses Dean doors but the swing radius is much smaler and door open faster

In fact, it is a default factory option for the ADL E500s to have Ventura doors... It's like Bode is the default supplier for the doors of the Citaros.

ADL E500s used to be fitted with Deans, before switching over to Ventura when Deans stopped production. If it is necessary due to operational needs, SMRT may request for ADL to fit Masats doors as they have much faster opening and closing times for their sliding plug doors compared to Ventura.
Also, MB is no longer using doors from Bode for their Citaro C2 as they switched to an in-house design to save weight.

The first 2 DDs have Ventura doors, as well as the production batch...
