My proposal is:
39 extend to Changi Business Park Terminal via Tampines Ave 2, Simei road, Xilinx ave... This way will provide connectivity even to ITE campus and Changi business park to Tampines ave 2/7 and Pasir Ris areas. 39 terminating at Tampines is quite redundant today.
41: Changi business park loop @ UEC road
via Tanah Merah, Bedok South Ave 3, UEC road, Bedok south road, Bedok South Ave 3, Tanah Merah and back to Changi business park
** this way provides direct MRT connection to Changi business park with Tanah Merah and HDBs along bedok south road that have no connection today except for winding route of 229 to Bedok MRT.
20: Changi business park Loop @ Tampines Ave 6
via Tampines ave 2/5/6/9, Tampines regional library, Tampines ave 4/5/2 and back.
44: Changi business park to Buangkok Interchange
route proposed by TIB1234T only modification is route goes after Defu ave yo hougang ave 7, upper serangoon road, Buangkok drive to Buangkok interchange.

As long as there is a service to ply DEFU Ave 1, it would be great. Repeated attempts to get 119 extended to HG Dep via Defu Ave 1 have so far NT BEEN SUCCESSFUL...

If they want to do... many ways to do it... 151 can ply Defu Ave 1 from HG Ave 7 and then come onto HG Ave 3.
Other alternative is 325 can be extended to HGDEP via HG Ave 3, Tampines road, Defu Ave 1 instead of going back to HG Interchange.
115 can start at HGDEP and go to Kovan via Defu Ave 1, Tampines Rd, HG St 21, Kovan MRT, Tampines road and back with 3-4 buses.

what happened to the new bus-stops that some of them here spotted at defu?
is this related to what u discuss here?

New bus stops at defu ave 1? Feeder 323 used to run there til was withdrawn due to lower ridership coz of 30min freq

Hence, would be just good to divert an existing service via Defu Avenue without dedicated service.
151 could be a good option as anyway there are many other services from HG to Ave 3. Those along ave 5 also have 87. Others from HG area have 51.
I would really like to see sv 39 extended to Changi Business Park - will benefit a lot of commuters along Tampines and Pasir Ris areas.

151?! Crazy arh.
Freq alr so unstable and long, route alr so long, still want it to ply there?!
Dont la.
Better to have existing short-haul to service Defu.
Pertaining to service from West to East...
Rt. Suggestions 30X & 283...
As some of you might have suggested on having a service from West to Changi South Ave 1, this svc.30X will mainly serve residents as a parallel service, nearest to the MRT stations and along the corridors of AYE.
Svc.30X is also a route that slight differ, not to complicate from its parent svc.30/30e to shorten the travelling time further, using at least 70% of expressway to get to the other end.
As for svc.283, it'll serve Clementi & Pandan Gardens estates. The first phase of the route will head to Clementi Ave 1 and bring residents along the sector to Clementi MRT Station busstop. The second phase will start from this Clementi MRT Station busstop to Pandan Gardens via AYE, West Coast Way & West Coast Rd before heading back to Clementi Int.

Your 30X is just as good as KMB's innovative 101X

OT a bit...
KMB 51 will have freq bump to an hour a bus n fleet reduction to 2 buses, of which 1 of them is standby in case the other breaks down for continuity of svc...
My guessing is 20, 48, 55, 155, 135 might terminate at this new Changi Business Park Bus Terminal

20 - definitely.
55/155/135 - very unlikely
39 - I think this one will be diverted via Simei Ave to CBP Terminal
2 new routes possible.
