And the transport minister wants 100% punctuality, that why got the new scheme BSRF LOL

I see that almost all the buses frequency like the same only like nothing much of a difference.

That is not true - depends on which service we are talking about. There has been significant improvement in frequency of many services. I can give you a list but not sure if you are referring to a particular service.
Full list:
75 = 1h 10min
77 = 50min - 1h (estimated)
106 = 1h 30min
169 = 1h
173 = 1h 30min (estimated)
176 = 55min - 1h (estimated)
184 = 1h - 1h 10min (estimated)
188 = 1h - 1h 05min
188R = 45 - 50min (estimated)
189 = 1h
800 = 30 min - 35 min
803 = 15 min
804 = 35 min
806 = 20 min
811 = 50 min - 1h (full trip, both loops)
812 = 40 min (full trip, both loops)
860 = 1h 10 min (estimated)
900 = 15 - 20 mins
901 = 15 - 20 mins
903 = 25 - 30 mins
904 = 25 - 30 mins
911 = 35 - 40 min (full trip, both loops)
912 = 1h 10min (full trip, both loops)
913 = 40 - 45 min (full trip, both loops)
925 = 40 - 50 min
927 = 40 min (estimated)
941 = 15 min
945 = 40 min (estimated)
947 = 10 - 15 min (estimated)
961 = 1h 55min - 2h
962 = 1h - 1h 10min
963 = 1h - 1h 10min (estimated)
964 = 30 - 40 min
965 = 1h 30 min
969 = 50 min - 1h (estimated)
985 = 1h 10 min (estimated)
NOTE: These timings are based on non-peak hours!
BSRF should include Svc 51 to fine sbs gao gao. The bus was already late at the interchange. Yesterday SBS 3657L suppose to depart Je at 9.06pm. It came at 920pm (SBS2749L timing)and BC drives like a snail. When i alight at ayer rajah cc, 2749 was behind. Today 9596 suppose to depart at 5.46pm. Bus comes at 5.57pm. Bc was rushing. Driving so fast. 5mins later 8490 came.

I think if you are genuinely interested in such issues, you should read the press releases closely.
In the event that 51 becomes a BSRF service, what would make you think that they will get fined gao gao, since the threshold for that is actually pegged to past performance (i.e a poor one)?

It is also the fault of the routing in itself. The route was okay in older times when MRT network was poor.
51 plies from Hougang to Jurong Interchange - one of the longest routes. Inevitably, there is going to be traffic, delay, bunching somewhere.
Such a long service should be broken into two services.
51 - Hougang Interchange <--> Bukit Merah Interchange (via Alexandra Road, Jalan Bukit Merah)
149 - Jurong East Interchange <--> Marina Center Terminal
Buses always damn crowded.

The BC might have arrived at the interchange late and he/she departed later.
All svcs running time can be found on the fare console on all buses...

Happy looking!
