That is the area between the stops that 806 and 811 ply...

One more feeder will do... It's not a really big town and we got 859 too.
Feel like this is a service that looks like revival of the old 806 (804A)...although route does not look actually the same.
can't quite figure out why 860 is a trunk svc while 803 is a feeder

860 should start from Sembawang IMHO

860 is more of an intra-town right now as it connects two MRT stations. Maybe they kept it trunk as they might have plans to extend in future. Possibilities are Semabwang, Simpang.

There could be feeder 884 to Canberra Square via Wellington Circle and Montreal Drive with new bus stops along Wellington Circle and upper leg of Montreal Drive. But this will happen only once the development in this area is complete.
Possible deployment
SMB3110G to SMB3113Z will perm 803

Sembawang is underutilised. There should be a bus connecting Sembawang,Woodlands,Bukit Panjang,Bukit Batok and Jurong and one bus that connects Yishun,Tampines,Pasir Ris and maybe Bedok
Heard that this service is going under WLDEP...

Hi mr TIB 585L, currently there is sbs 39 connecting Yishun, Tampines and Pasir Ris. No need for another service. Cheers.

Ok maybe extending 39 to Sembawang would be great since Sembawang has 0 connection to east and yes i know 39 goes there but Sembawang residents need to go to Yishun first to change to 39 wich is time consuming.

and make 39 to have DDs as part of the fleet?

Its up to SBST if 39 want to give DDs or not coz idk 39 load during peak n off peak
eh wait, why is 850E bus stops with shelters while the 803 bus stops are without any shelters?

load would be different

39 can be given DDs if extended to Sembawang Interchange. Also, it will need DDs during AM peak specially... 4 buses have been added over the last year because loading towards Pasir Ris/Seletar very high in morning. PM is more distributed.
If extended to Sembawang, already add 20-30 pax per bus, making use of DDs very necessary + no restriction of height that is currently blocking use of DDs in Yishun Int.
Once it moves to Yishun temp int, you can expect 4 DDs on sv 39.

Just like SBST's Service 50 case...
I heard that 803 will go under WLDEP. Is this true or is it going under AMDEP, with SMB3099G, SMB3106U - SMB3108P?

UPDATE: It has been confirmed that 803 is under AMDEP and has 3 A/P buses (SMB3106U - SMB3108P). What do you guys think of this service now?

1st day? near empty twrds st 31. but after a few stops from yishun ave 9 (after bus turn left from ave 6), abt 8 people board it.
my cousin stays at yishun st 31's new BTO flat and he is not aware of this service lol
he asked me to take 860 & alight 4th stop, which is ok lah haha
somemore on the 1st day of svc is my cousin's house warming
803 no split or x-over rite?
Feel that the route abit redundant, should extend for better enhancement.
