LT3 has Singapore blinds but if the NB4L is in Singapore they won't mind because of 'move to the back of the bus'. A NB4L needs CCTV, 3 reserved seats with the "Reserved Seating" sign. LT3 is not for passenger service yet :)

nbfl has 6 priority seats in theory, low entry floor through the bus a wheelchair bay with automated compak ramp, operated by the Driver/BC from the BC compartment.
