Yet another case of bus fans endangering themselves

STOMPer Gorb was irked to see these youths dashing recklessly across the bus terminal at Shenton Way, each with a camera in hand.He wrote:
"I saw these youths running across Shenton Way bus terminal while waiting for a bus.
"They were carrying cameras.
"Is it authorised for them to cross a bus terminal?
"Aren't bus captains the only ones allowed to cross the bus terminal?"
