The Bedok ITH will be served by 27 bus services
and
The 27 bus services are: 7, 9, 14, 16, 17, 18, 25, 26, 30, 30e, 32, 33, 35, 38, 40, 60, 66, 69, 87, 168, 196, 197, 222, 225W/G, 228, 229 and 401.
Service 854 is not counted nor listed

Surprisingly 969 is getting DDs too! How about 67? 67 is way worst than 969 when it comes to weekends, PHs and even peak hour..

Your argument does not hold because in the press release, SMRT has mentioned sv 960 as well.Upto crossing of Whitely road from Botanic Gardens, you have DDs on 153,154,186. From Whitley crossing to Little India stretch on Dunearn/Bukit Timah road, you don't have DDs.
Now, 960 turns left from Whitley road upto Little India. So if they are chopping trees for 960, this means sv 48,66,67 can also get DDs in future (once 960 gets them).

66 will be a bigger victim of DTL than 67. 67 has unique calling from CCK and from Little India to Geylang + area not covered by DTL.66 on the other hand will have DTL in parallel all the way from Bukit Timah Plaza to Bedok Reservoir Rd. I believe 66 will be shortened from JE Interchange to loop @ Bukit Timah Plaza or extended to Holland Village via Ngee Ann.
