From 30th April 2014, Nightrider services will be converted to unidirectional operation from City to Estates due to low ridership. Buses will leave the city between 11:30am and 2am.
Notices are up at the affected bus stops.

The only loadings i can see is from City to Estates especially for the last 3 trips..No wonder many part timers are no longer required..Probably follow SBST style crossovers from basic svc

SBS Transit will be extending the operating hours of its bus and train services on the eve of Labour Day, Wednesday, 30 April 2014.
TRAIN SERVICES
On the North East Line, the last train in the direction of HarbourFront will depart Punggol Station at 12.02am, Serangoon Station at 12.13am, Dhoby Ghaut Station at 12.25am, Chinatown Station at 12.29am and Outram Park Station at 12.31am. The last train towards Punggol will leave HarbourFront Station at 12.29am, Outram Park Station at 12.32am, Chinatown Station at 12.34am, Dhoby Ghaut Station at 12.38am and Serangoon Station at 12.51am.
Services on the Punggol and Sengkang LRT systems will also be extended to coincide with the last train arrivals on the North East Line. The last train on the Sengkang LRT will depart the Town Centre Station at 1.05am while the last train on the Punggol LRT will leave the Town Centre at 1.07am.
On the Downtown Line, the last train in the direction of Bugis will depart Chinatown Station at 12.16am, Bayfront Station at 12.20am and Promenade Station at 12.22am. The last train towards Chinatown will leave Bugis at 12.18am, Promenade at 12.20am and Bayfront Station at 12.22am.
BUS SERVICES
To complement the extension of the train operating hours, the last bus timings of 26 selected bus services - 51A, 60A, 63M, 181, 222, 225G, 228, 229, 232, 238, 240, 241, 243G, 261, 269, 282, 291, 292, 293, 315, 325, 333, 334, 358, 359 and 410W - will also be extended at their respective bus interchanges.

A new short trip bus service – Service 975A – will be launched on 12 May 2014 to ease overcrowding for Service 975 during morning and evening peaks on weekdays. It will help reduce waiting times for commuters taking Service 975 along Teck Whye Avenue, Choa Chu Kang Drive, Choa Chu Kang Ave 4, Choa Chu Kang Way and Choa Chu Kang Ave 3.
Bus Service 975A will begin its service from Jelebu Road and will end at Lorong Rusuk. It will operate from 7.10am till 9.15am during morning peak and from 3.20pm till 7.00pm during evening peak on weekdays, excluding public holidays.
Passengers may contact SMRT Customer Relations Centre at 1800-336-8900 from 7am to 11pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays (excluding public holidays) or visit www.smrt.com.sg for more information.
